When COVID-19 shocked us in March 2020 and we refunded and/or changed dates for guests we decided to do a major remodel on the condo. It was a 2 bedroom with loft 2 bath. We added a full bathroom so it now has 3 baths! One bathroom for each sleeping space. We added the extra bath and the other modifications not to increase the amount of guests the condo can sleep but to make it more comfortable!

Holidays: just after Thanksgiving we add a lighted, decorated tree with other tasteful decor.

Professionally maintained Bullfrog hot tub on private, secluded patio that backs up to open, secluded mountain side!!!.
Winter 2023 we added exterior lighting to the patio area near the hot tub for ambiance (not yet shown in pictures).

We are 9 miles from Alta, Snowbird (Little Cottonwood Canyon) and 12 miles from Solitude, Brighton (Big Cottonwood Canyon) and 15 MILES FROM DOWNTOWN SALT LAKE CITY (Salt Palace Convention Center) and 10 minutes to Sandy (Mountain America Expo Center). Park City, Canyons and Deer Valley resorts are only 25-31 miles away on I-80

The Canyon Racquet condo community is very unique. We are one of the only communities within walking distance to many amenities, the condos are situated to allow privacy from neighbors. No hot tub or deck is close to another and many are not visible to other units in the community. You don't have to worry about taking trash cans out once a week as we have community dumpsters for trash and recycling.

You might end up being neighbors with Post Malone if stay in Cottonwood Heights, but more importantly, this city will serve as your all-access pass to world-renowned ski resorts. It’s officially known as the “City Between the Canyons,” but locals call it the “Mouth of the Canyon.” Cottonwood Heights sits right at the entrance to ‘Big Cottonwood Canyon,’ where you’ll find Brighton and Solitude Ski Resorts and ‘Little Cottonwood Canyon’ – home to Alta and Snowbird Ski Resorts. They’re all less than half an hour from your front door, and if you drive just 10 minutes further; you’ll arrive at Park City.

The ski bus shuttle picks up for Alta, Snowbird, Brighton & Solitude at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon (about 300 yards away).

The Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center is just over a mile away. The rec center offers several classes, from Spin, to Yoga and Zumba. Nominal fee. The outdoor pool is wonderful with two huge slides, three "rock" diving boards.
