Condomínio totalmente equipado no oceano com piscina. Perto de Port Lucaya, casino, restaurantes. Unidade de canto com vista excelente. Cozinha equipada com microondas e máquina de lavar louça. Dormem 5, incluindo uma no sofá.

Sem filhos menores de 13 anos de idade permitido. Regra Building. Além disso, não fumar.

Peace and Serenity, AWESOME beachfront, and its a good life!

My two girlfriends and I like to take a break from our hectic lives. THIS CONDO was the best ever in our travels. It was on a beautiful ocean front, close to the restaurants and shopping in Port Lucayan. The people at the condo, several of them were private owners, and it was like being with good friends. We all had our space, quiet times, and yet was never far from anything. We snorkeled and scuba dived, these waters are some of the best I have ever seen. Anyone who wants a clean, spacious condo, close to everything,-- this is it. The people were so friendly and helpful. I recommend this to anyone. The price was very well worth it.

Beautiful and Well Maintained

My family, which included two teenagers, stayed here the last week in January and the condo was exactly what was described. Everything was clean and well maintained in the unit and on the property. The unit next door was vacant and we had plenty of privacy. My only wish would be a wifi connection, but we were occassionally able to "borrow" a connection. As we cooked in most mornings and night the kitchen equipment was plentiful.

There is a great little beach bar next door and the pool and beach were fabulous. The kids were able to walk to the Market Place and the grocery store was new and a just short drive away.

The owner was a pleasure to deal with and if we were to stay in Lucaya again I would definitely contact him first to see his availibility. We also had an assigned parking spot that was right in front of the building. Very convenient for bringing in luggage, groceries and island explorers like us who were always on the go.

Legitimate beach, sun-drenched, quiet and relaxing

My girlfriend and I stayed in this condo for seven nights in April. We were very happy to find the residence stocked with bathroom towels, dinner plates/glasses/silverware, ice cube trays, and beach chairs, among nearly everything else I would expect to find in a normal United States residence. The two of us were very comfortable hanging out in and sleeping in the condo, in the evening the living room was relaxing for watching the cable television. We did not hear any neighboring condos at any point during our stay, and I was able to borrow WiFi Internet from another tenant during most of our stay.

The beach is on the property and was largely free of trash. There was a lot of beach for the handful of people on it each day, we had ample space and privacy whenever we were outside. The ocean water was really clear and shallow enough for an adult to comfortably wade and more. I felt that my overall beach experience was very good for what we paid. The pool was very well maintained, it's temperature seemed (fortunately) a bit warmer than the ocean, and I believe that the property provided chaise lounges for use around the pool. There's an outdoor restaurant immediately next door that is easily accessible from the property's beach, the service was always cordial and the prices were not the worst I paid on the island.

Port Lucaya was a 15 or 20 minute walk from the condo. Other than the aforementioned outdoor restaurant, I did not find any other retail establishments any closer than Port Lucaya. Taxi drivers wanted $10 for what is a two minute cab ride from Port Lucaya to the condo, although usually I could get this reduced to $8. I was able to purchase beer, liquor, and sufficient groceries in the Port Lucaya retail shops, although not enough food for if we had wanted to prepare a meal. We walked back from Port Lucaya in the dark on several occasions, we never felt threatened nor observed any shady behavior. I would want to stay in this condo again if I return to Grand Bahama.

Bahama Getaway with friends

This place was great. There were 3 of us so plenty of room with a pretty great view. We loved having our own kitchen and we were right on a private beach (located next to some other hotels with outdoor bar/grill). The apartment came with linens, kitchen utensils, beach gear, etc...so we were well equipped.

It's an easy walk (on the beach) to "Centre City" and the Radisson Resort (clubs, casino, restaurants). A car makes it convenient to go grocery shopping but there are plenty of taxi services that are happy to take care of you. We ended up getting the same taxi driver for everything we did which was nice.

This particular time of year was kind of slow I guess so nothing was real crowded at all - kind of nice to have that peace and quiet.

Would definitely like to come back - enjoyed it all.
