Excelente localização !! Apenas 4 quadras para atividades do parque da cidade / praia e do centro. Beautiful 4 quartos, 2 1/2 casa de banho de luxo totalmente remodelada e novo w / loft. 2 histórias c / acesso à varanda no andar de cima do quarto principal. Sala de estar, sala de estar para leitura de livros e tranquila, sala de jantar formal, ou comer na cozinha no bar. Novos pisos de madeira de cerejeira, carpete novo e pintura, nunca foi vivido, os novos aparelhos, 2 chuveiros, subir escadas dominar banheiro tem uma banheira com patas para um banho relaxante depois de um longo dia. Pronto e esperando por suas férias de férias. Frente coberta e varanda com churrasqueira para os dias quentes de verão. Internet sem fio, cabo, DVD e todas as comodidades de casa.
Abundância de estacionamento na rua, bem como uma garagem privada por trás da casa. Saia pela porta da frente e ir para o Sul cerca de 4 quarteirões e você está no parque da cidade, e belo lago Coeur D 'Alene. Caminhe até o centro da cidade e desfrutar das lojas. Pegue uma mordida para comer em muitos restaurantes finos, incluindo hambúrgueres de Hudson e o bar da casa de ferro e grill. Localização é perto de 3 grandes resorts de esqui no inverno, Sweitzer, vigia & silver mountain, 20 min. a noroeste maior parque temático Silverwood e parques aquáticos indoor / outdoor para todas as estações, feiras de rua, mercados de agricultores, art walk, desfile de luzes maior show de luzes inverno no noroeste e 4 de julho fogos de artifício, e não se esqueça de carro d 'Alene , desfile de carros e mostram bem como a concorrência ironman, trilha centenário. Ótimo lugar para desfrutar de suas férias durante todo ano. Muita aventura ao ar livre e diversão para famílias de todas as idades.

Stayed 5 days over the Ironman weekend.
First impressions upon arrival. Exterior of the house was very dirty. The lock box was broken so it took us quite awhile to get the key out. Once we entered we were pleased with the layout and air conditioning.
What we discovered in our five night stay:
There were 9 adults in total and the house advertised sleeping for 10. However, there were only 6 wobbly chairs around the dining room table so we had to improvise. We had to tighten the legs on the chairs so they would not collapse and had to reattach several seat springs.
There were enough beds but only the two singles were comfortable. Each of the three double beds sagged and all three couples had a poor sleep each night. I personally resorted to the air mattress on the floor in the main bedroom.
The location was perfect for us to get back and forth to the beach area.
The plastic patio chairs were quite flimsy and would recommend they get better ones. If you leaned back on them the back gave out and you risked falling over.
The property next door has two dogs that bark all evening long when the owners are not around, which was every night we were there.
The batteries in the remotes were all dead. Small item, but not when you want to watch TV.
The BBQ on the deck was a good addition.
Finally, we had a portion of our deposit withheld due to a claim that we damaged the stair nose. The stairs were carpeted so this was not possible. After disputing the claim we received our full security deposit back. Thank you KWI, LLC.
This is a fairly quiet location even though there is consistent traffic during the day. In the evening the roads are quiet.
The parking in the back is great and there is plenty of street parking.
We would go back but we would hope the concerns we noted were addressed.
I can not say enough good things about our whole experience with KWI Properties and the house we rented from them. Michelle was very friendly and helpful when going through the rental process with us. We had seven family members all staying here and it was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Coming back to the house after a long, fun packed day, we felt like we were coming home. We found many things to do within walking distance of the house. I would highly recommend renting this home to anyone looking to rent in the Coeur d'Alene area. We plan on revisiting the area in about 5 years and hope to rent from KWI again.
We have stayed at many rental houses over the years, and I would put this one in the top tier. The house itself looks older, but it has been completely updated. It has the older home charm, but it feels like a new home. It is an easy walk to the lake and close to everything.
I rented this vacation rental for my daughters grooms family from MN for their wedding! It met and exceeded our expectations. The home was very spacious and very clean. It is within walking distance which made it very nice for them to enjoy our beautiful city to it's fullest! I would recommend this home to anyone.
We were 9 adults ranging from 25 to 87 staying for three nights in late July/early August. The house is walking distance to just about anywhere you would want to go in town. Obviously, things are closer by bike, which we brought with us. We brought a boat, which we were able to moor within ~5 blocks of the rental. The main commercial area (Sherman Avenue) is only 3-4 blocks from the unit. The rental has multiple porches, including one upstairs off the master bedroom. Thankfully, the rental is air conditioned, since it got over 90 degrees while we were there. The kitchen is small, but nice, and the rental has a washer and drier. The back door and porch is on a relatively busy one-way street, other than that, the location was perfect. We highly recommend this rental.
We were an extended family group of 10, ranging in age from 80 to 15. We found the home to be comfortably spacious, clean & beautifully remodeled in the interior.
It was also located within comfortable walking distance to restaurants, shops on Sherman Ave & the lake itself.
The master suite is awesome with a huge bathroom & great balcony, perfect for morning coffee & a good book.
Our only suggestions for improvement are that for larger groups like ours, the house was slightly understocked. Would have been helpful to have at least one larger fry pan, a set of mixing bowls & more plastic food storage containers. Also a 4-slice toaster would have been nice. We bought & donated a new can opener to the house, because the one there didn't work.
Lastly, we only noted beds for 10, which worked for us, but wouldn't for a group of 11 or 12.
All in all the house worked great for us & we enjoyed our time in CDA.
