O quarto principal tem uma cama queen-size, uma TV de ecrã plano e uma casa de banho principal en-suite com duche / banheira. O quarto de hóspedes tem duas camas de casal com uma casa de banho apenas fora da porta. As áreas de sala de estar e sala de jantar são muito confortáveis e um lugar perfeito para a família para se reunir. Just want to make sure folks checking out this property know that there is no internet service in the condo. To be fair to this listing, it is not listed as an amenity, and I take responsibility on my part for not noticing that. But in 2016, it would seem to me to be standard, and not a special amenity. I would MUCH rather have internet access than cable if it's a matter of paying for one or the other. My family had a list of family movies we planned to watch together on Netflix that we had to totally scrap, and I planned to get an hour or so of work done in the early morning before everyone else woke up. Couldn't do that, either, and I had to scramble to get the work I needed to finish done at really inconvenient times by heading to the condo clubhouse during the day when I had planned to be with my family (wi-fi is available there Monday-Saturday, 9-4).
It's not the end of the world, but it was majorly inconvenient for my crew, and if I had realized that this unit didn't have internet, I never would have rented it.
I never want to just be a negative person, so I will also share what is great about the unit: it's pretty much impossible to get closer to the beach. Yes, it's a hike because you have to go over the bayou and on a fairly long walk in the sand (it feels long if you are carrying a tent!), but I think Bowman's beach is the best on the island. It's quiet and breathtaking, and in this unit, you are very close to the walkway to get to the beach.
If internet is no big deal to you, then it's a fine location. But if you want to check email, watch a movie, send Facebook updates, etc, this is not the place to choose.
The property was immaculate and everything worked well. Royal Shell was very customer oriented and helped out a lot with questions. We checked in late and everything was ready for us. It was beautiful. This was our 2nd stay at the complex but first in this condo. We had a wonderful time. Take your cameras or binoculors to the beach. We saw an alligator and manatee & baby sunning in the estuary on the way to the beach, along with lots of birds and mullet in the estuary. The beach was glorious. Beautiful sand and lots of shell. The temperature was great. We went to the Ding Darling compound and took the trolley tour through the Mangro forest and would do this again - it is breath taking. We enjoyed the boat ride and aquarium tour through them also. We took the sunset over the bay ride. We also went through the old village museum and shopped a lot. We really like Island Cow, Fish House and George and Wendy's Restaurants. Bailey's is a favorite grocery and hardware combo for all the little needs. Sun Catcher's Dream is an all time favorite shopping site - we went there 4 times in 2 visits... Thinking about the ferry to the Keys on our next trip. Will be booking through Royal and to this complex again.
