The condo has everything you need. Updated, clean and steps from the beach.
We had a great time. The condo was perfect for us. The beach and pool are right outside the condo. We even had great weather. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch in the fully equipped kitchen. We sampled some wonderful South Padre restaurants for dinner. The condo has plenty of comfortable family space. The 3 decks overlooking the beach were great. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was perfect. Bob
Once again we were not disappointed! The condo has everything we needed for our relaxing winter break. Three private balconies make it easy to enjoy sitting outside while listening to the surf. The unit has easy access to both the pool and hot tub. The location is within walking distance of many things on the island. Judy is friendly and responsive. The only thing we would change about our visit is that we would like to stay longer!
Check in at security took a while but we were very happy with their presence during our stay. There are 40 plus steps to walk up to the condo. Thank goodness some young men approached my husband to see if we needed help unloading. They were bellboys for the property. The beds were perfect for my family. The pool was very close to the condo and we enjoyed it daily. Even though the condo is beachfront it was still quite a walk to the beach with our canopies and supplies. The water pressure in the upstairs shower was very low in the morning. Some mornings water would not even come on if maintenance was using it to clean the grounds or the pool. This is probably an issue that the property needs to handle because I don't believe it would just affect one condo. We had a wonderful time but we would not stay here again.
Very clean. Close to the beach and pool. Ac worked great. Beds we're comfortable Adiquitly supplied kitchen for cooking. I was very please and will certainly concider this local action again.
The place was nice and spacious. The amenities were very well kept and nice as well. Large pool that was very clean. The location was awesome! Easy walk to the beach.
My only complaint about the property is that they were a little too strict and added on so many extra fees. We had several couples going with us and couldn't help but have more than two cars. Each extra car is $50 to park... also they are very strict about visitors and the number of people in the condos.
Overall I would recommend the place to families or people who like the stay to themselves. I personally will not go back but mainly due to the property owner. Judy Mitchell was very unorganized and unavailable. I had to contact her for information on checking in and the address even and didn't have any contact information besides the home away email she had. I was then told I would receive an email with instructions the day before and never did. Then I emailed her several times for information on the way down to south padre with no reply. Once we got there with groceries and frozen foods we had to wait an hour before we could get ahold of her to just get the four digit access code. We only got ahold of her because a friend used her phone to call. It was apparent she had been screening my phone calls and ignoring the emails. She was very difficult and I would never recommend getting a condo through her.
