IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE BEACH CLUB RESORT:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property!

*PARKING: Parking passes have now been implemented for this complex at the cost of $40+tax per vehicle, per stay for up to 28 nights. You are automatically charged for 2 passes per booking, our office registers each vehicle, and each guest will receive an electronic parking pass to present to security upon arrival. Day parking is an additional $7+tax per vehicle and will need to be registered through our office prior to arrival.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: This property offers 2 elevators per building, an outdoor communal pool, boardwalk to the beach, free parking, communal lobby with seating.
This property also offers additional amenities that charge fees separate to your booking or reservation. These fees are paid directly to The Beach Club and can only be handled on site. The Club Fees are paid per Unit, not individually and are as follows:

The Club fees give you access to the following:
*Indoor & Main Outdoor Pool at the Clubhouse

This property is NOT pet friendly! Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

THE BEACH CLUB BRISTOL 201:
Nestled on the Ft. Morgan peninsula, the Beach Club offers everything you would want in a luxury resort. The Beach Club is conveniently located twelve miles from Gulf Shores Parkway (Hwy 59)--only minutes from exclusive golf courses, theaters, dining, and the Wharf.

This 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath unit is located on the second floor, Eastern corner of the Bristol Tower. The Living Room offers a Sleeper Sofa, ottoman, three easy chairs, television, Balcony Access, and gorgeous views of the Gulf Of Mexico. Adjacent to the living room is the Kitchen/ Dining Area with plenty of seating. The Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and cookware, and includes a laundry closet with a stack washer/dryer.

The Primary Bedroom has views of the Gulf and also provides balcony access. The Primary Bedroom features King Bedding, Television, and private bath with tiled standing shower, and walk-in closet. The Second Bedroom has Queen Bedding with private bath and balcony access (Northern view). The Third Bedroom features Bunk Beds, which offers sleeping for 4! The Upper Bunk is a Twin Bed and the Lower Bunk is a Full Bed, with a Twin Trundle. The Third Bedroom also offers a private bath and television.

Won’t be back to this unit
Beach Club is our home away from home. We have visited once or twice a year for the past 6 years and always had a great experience until this unit. Walked in to find a snack crackers and dirt in the floor, a dead bird on the patio…and a bowel movement in one of the toilet! Yep! For real! Called the management company and they sent a crew out who cleaned up the crackers, failed to get the bird and we flushed the mess in the bathroom. A couple of days later, we are laying in bed and hear male voices that sound like they are in the unit. I get out of bed to find two men standing in the kitchen talking…painters. Never knocked. Never identified themselves. Again called the management company. At this point, they offer us a discount on a return visit. A day or two later it storms. We wake up the next morning and everything in the bedroom floor is wet…our belongings, the rugs, even the bed skirt. The sliding door had leaked. Called the management company. They said it was the fault of Spectrum and they would see what could be done. NOTHING was done. We chose to pack up and head home a day early due to the mess. Expressed this to the management company. They said they were waiting on a response from Spectrum. Again no follow up. To this day there has been no return call. No follow up email. We won’t be returning to this unit. Keep your return client discount.

Amazing Stay
This property is ideal for small or large families or groups. Being on the 2nd floor, the travel to the room is very quick from the beach or the pool and the room is private with a great view. I would definitely stay again.

We were emailed from the property group and they said we had to pay an additional Parking fee for each car which amounted to over $90 more. Our friends and others we talked to while there didn’t have to do that at the Beach Club. ? Then the sliding glass doors to the main bedroom wouldn’t lock. I called and they said they were aware of it and to put a stick in the door. Very inconvenient since we were on 2nd floor. The other sliding glass door was very tricky and often wouldn’t unlock. I would think these would be fire and safety violations. The oven did not work but the broil function did. The dishwasher had dishes in it when we arrived and I turned it on to wash them but you had to catch it on the drain cycle then stop it by unlatching it or it would run non-stop. The bathroom to the main bedroom had a mildew smell from the moment we arrived but I couldn’t tell where it was coming from. We got to see our friends units and all of their appliances and doors worked.They had a different property group. The ocean, amenities, and family time were great! Overall I might stay at the Beach Club again but would choose a different property group and unit.

Perfect second home for the week
Our family of 4 enjoyed this Gulf Shores Condo. Being on the second floor made it convenient to run back to the room when needed. The view is partially blocked by palm trees but still very nice! The whole complex is well maintained and beautiful. The condo itself was perfect for a week relaxation. The beds were comfortable and the rest of the furniture suited our needs fine. Grab your groceries on the way in as it’s a bit of a hike. Wish we could have had a bit more sun for our first trip here but otherwise I’d definitely recommend this location!
