A roupa de cama e banho são fornecidas. Este quarto tem uma vista da Camelback Mountain. A Den também está localizado no segundo andar enclave. O Den apresenta uma cadeira de couro biblioteca maravilhosa e otomano, junto com uma rainha Pottery Barn sofá-cama, permitindo que um convidado extra ocasional. We felt very much at home for two weeks in this comfortable, fully equipped condo at Camelback House. The Location is excellent and so convenient to shopping and a variety of entertainment and restaurants near by. It was a pleasure to meet the owners and know that if there were any needs, they would be taken care of....they pretty much thought of everything, so we had no extra needs. We already anticipate returning again.
This was our fifth year renting in Scottsdale and our fourth year in Camelback House. The location is the best in Scottsdale. It is an easy walk to the Fashion Mall, 2 movie theatres, 1 live theatre, the Arts District, the Entertainment District, the Water Front, Old Town, and about 1 mile from Camelback Mountain. Despite this proximity to all these urban assets the unit is very quiet, as it is at the back of the complex far from 68th street. It does not get much better in terms of location!
The layout of this unit is the best in the complex. It has the most space in the complex providing lots of usable space and privacy inside the unit. The second floor has 1 bedroom with a TV, full bathroom, and a den/office with a desk, TV and comfortable couch and easy chair with a reading lamp. It is a great retreat from main floor hubbub.
The main floor has the kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom with a walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with shower. The patio overlooks the grassy public area and pool. We appreciated the ample closet space, the dressers and the night tables with good reading lamps. The mattresses in both bedrooms are excellent, and the bedding of high quality. The living room is decorated in Boston style furnishings.
There are 5 TVs. The TV in the living room comes with a very large cable package with 100s of channels. The wifi hub is in the den/office and works very well throughout the unit.
All the appliances are clean and work well. The owner was very attentive to any signs that things are not as they should be. When the refrigerator developed an intermittent thumping noise he immediately replaced it. He wanted to ensure that we were not inconvenienced.
This unit was very clean. The owners care about your comfort and they thoughtfully provided ample starter supplies of toilet paper, Kleenex, garbage bags, spare light bulbs, spices and basic kitchen supplies – including coffee and tea! The pictures of the unit provide an honest representation of the property.
The owners, Joe and Mary Ann are wonderful people. They were charming, attentive to our needs and wishes, knowledgeable about Scottsdale and very happy to assist with tips on things to do and see, and where to eat. We had dinner with them twice, and will again.
After five years of renting seasonal properties in Scottsdale I can say that Joe and Mary Ann and the unit are the best yet.
This was our first time renting sight unseen and needless to say we were a bit nervous about taking the leap of faith that all would be as presented on the listing. So we were so relieved and happy to find such a lovely, well stocked unit. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated with everything we needed for a lovely one month stay. The owners were attentive and friendly; very easy to deal with. The complex was nicely maintained. We loved the proximity to the pool and the easy access to fun Scottsdale locations, many within walking distance. Bottom line is that you will not be disappointed if you rent this unit.
I have stayed at this property for extended periods four times during the past four years, and I recommend it highly. It is well-located: close to the shops and restaurants of Scottsdale's Old Town, the civic center, and the library. The complex itself is quiet and well-maintained. The unit is attractively furnished and comfortable. Owners are kind, helpful, and accommodating. I really have no complaints about #238 Camelback House and would not hesitate to return there.
This is an ideal vacation rental for us. The condo is elegant and tastefully decorated yet comfortable for everyday living. We love to cook and find the kitchen well supplied as well as the close proximity to the barbeque area makes for easy meals. We love the king bed and have a great sleep on it. Our overnight guests said the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were of excellent quality as well.
Swimming is a priority for us and the pool is just a few steps outside the door. There are comfortable chaise lounges to relax in and read a book should you desire. The pool has a beautiful hedge and palm trees swaying overhead as you backstroke across the pool. The grounds are kept impeccable with lots of grass and orange/lemon trees along with cacti for the perfect ambience.
The unit is in close walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale and right across from Fashion Square Mall so there is lots to see in near proximity as well as many great eating establishments to try. There is hiking close by with beautiful views up Camelback Mountain as well as awesome scenery at different parks and many golf courses close to the area. You can easily do a day trip to magnificent Sedona from here and that is well worth the 2 hr. drive. We love the Mesa swap meet for unusual items and plan to go the the newly opened Music Museum as we have read many interesting things about it.
This unit is for you if you like a clean, well maintained, easy to care for home with owners that are friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and we, of course, will keep returning as long as we are able.
I highly recommend this property. The furnishings, art work, and another amenities are exemplary. The surroundings are pleasant and quiet. The owners are attentive and anxious to make your stay enjoyable. I am looking forward to returning.
