Location, Location, Location...This home is the closest rental property to the downtown four corners (Washington and Jefferson). It is the perfect place for your ski or golf vacation, bachelor/bachlorette party or family reunion.

Just a few steps to downtown and less than 1 mile to both Holiday Valley Ski and Golf resort and Holimont ski resort. This stately Victorian home is set amidst an enclave of mature trees. It has recently upgraded appliances along with Wi-Fi and AC throughout the home.

It is in a fabulous winter/summer resort town. After skiing all day, take a break and get to know the village's shops, many fine restaurants, and cultural centers. Relax on the deck and watch the cars go by or go for a short stroll and walk the streets of downtown Ellicottville. Enjoy having a pint at the 'Gin Mill', off to 'Tip's Up' for dinner and then of course go dancing the night away at 'Balloons'. Experience the charm and unhurried lifestyle of Ellicottville any time of year. The area is renowned for its hiking and there are many miles of mountain bike trails.

Guests that rent the Purple Palace have the main portion of the large Victorian home. Sleeping accommodations for 27 guests, full kitchen open to large dining area, 2 living rooms, games room with ping pong, big screen TV, large outdoor covered deck and 3 full and 2 half bathrooms. It is a lot of home to enjoy. If your group is larger than 27 guests please let me know and I can open it up to suit an additional 10 guests with the added 3rd floor loft at an additional cost (please inquire).
