Hualalai Hale is your exclusive resort retreat home located at Hualalai, Hawaii. Offering four beautifully decorated bedroom suites, this single-story residence is an oasis of privacy, luxury and open space. This family-friendly home is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac on 1.5 acres with views of the Pacific Ocean and stunning sunset views. The home is located within the resort community of the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai with easy access to all resort amenities and beaches.

A 6-night minimum stay is required; however, longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods.


Guests staying at Hualalai Hale may enjoy exclusive access** to the Five Diamond Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. Resort access privileges includes Hualalai Resort Club Concierge Services, Hualalai Resort Sports Club and Spa, Hualalai Championship Golf Course, Hualalai Tennis Club, the Four Seasons Hualalai Pool and Beach Services, all non-Member Resort Restaurants, Alaka'i Nalu Ocean Activity Center, Kids For All Seasons, and a Resort-wide charge card and account. Please note that this fee is subject to change by the Resort without notice; additional fees apply as appropriate.

Hualalai Hale is designed with rich details: limestone floors, mahogany cabinets, granite counter tops, towering wood trimmed ceilings, and eight-foot tall Sapele wood doors adorn this fully appointed retreat. The huge transom windows bring in natural sunlight and the fully pocketing glass doors at the pool allow for cool tropical breezes and easy access to the pool. The gourmet kitchen is a home chef’s dream, with top of the line appliances, wine refrigerator, and a butler's pantry complete with a wet bar and accessories. Dine in the Bali-style pool pavilion; simmer in the jacuzzi; take a dip in your personal black bottom pool; shower in one of the three outdoor private showers. Offering beautiful ocean views, this private property begs to be enjoyed by an intimate few or family groups. Hualalai Hale ensures that serenity and peace will be the focus of your visit.

A four and six-person golf cart is included on the property to whisk you and your family around the resort (see driver restrictions). Stunning beaches dotted with lounging turtles and beachside restaurants are located just five minutes away by golf cart.

Also located nearby is the Jack Nicklaus designed Hualalai Resort Golf Course, home of the prestigious PGA Champions Tour “Tournament of Champions” event. Nicklaus was present every step of the way during the building of the golf course, routing, designing and refining each hole, making this 18 hole, par 72 course one of the most spectacular in the world. Access to the Hualalai Resort Golf Course is only available to guests who opt in for resort access by paying Daily Resort Guest Fees.

Pool Pavilion features a dining table with seating for eight. A large sectional pool side lounging sofa, two chaise lounges and breakfast table are for use poolside. Gas BBQ with grilling tools also available at pool deck.
