Marbella Del Caribe Oriental, localizado em 'um em turística Isla Verde Avenue, é um condomínio unidade do condomínio que oferece uma atmosfera tranquila e relaxante que está dentro pés das ondas do Oceano Atlântico quebrando.
My family and I have been traveling to PR on an annual basis for many years and have dealt with Jorge Beardsley on numerous occasions without dissapointment, he is very courteous, prompt with replies and someone I will continue to contact for our future vacation rentals.
The apartment is exactly as pictured - airy, comfortable and convenient to many restaurants, souvenier shops and markets on Isla Verde.
My wife, two year old and I had a terrific week-long stay at Marbella del Caribe East. The unit was as advertised and the pictures accurately depict it -- clean, open, airy, well maintained. The master bed was very comfortable (something we have found lacking in other rentals). The location could not have been better for our purposes -- each day we just strolled downstairs and onto a perfect beach. Lounge and umbrella rental was easy and inexpensive. Jorge, the property manager, was available via cell even on a Sunday to answer a few questions we had and he was professional, helpful and courteous. We had a rental car and it was just a short ride into Old San Juan and Condado. The airport could not be closer, making travel very convenient, but there was no noticeable aircraft noise in the unit, and very little even on the beach.
We would return and recommend this property to others without hesitation.
We had a really lovely stay at Marbella del Caribe East. Jorge, the property manager, was really great to work with and even had a pack and play set up and waiting for us at our request. The apartment is very nice and clean, right on the beach so location is great. We came with a baby so it was super convenient to have a washer and dryer right there. One small annoyance was the water pressure in the showers, but this is often typical on islands. The building is nice and very secure. Would definitely return and stay here again and recommend to other travelers.
We arrived a little after 3 pm. The taxi stand had a car for us in minutes and $15 and 10 minutes later we were at the property. The building is well maintained with 24 hr security (Alexis was our favorite) not that you really need it as I never felt unsafe at any time during our stay. Isla Verde Realty is located on the ground floor a few paces from the condos front door. Minutes later we have the keys and our realtor, Jorge Beardsley personally escorted us to our unit. The unit is as pictured with a wonderful view of the grounds, pool and beach. The fridge had a six pack of cold bottled water and there was a bag of ice in the freezer.
3 of us occupied the unit. My wife, daughter and myself. My wife really loved the bed. The kitchen was well enough equipped. My daughter and I ate breakfast on the patio every morning usually pancakes while my wife slept in. Next my daughter and I would hit the pool. I sat in the shade in the early morning while she swam. In the afternoon we would venture to the beach to crash some waves. The water is warn and shallow for quite a distance out. You will not want to go out too far as there is a strong undertow.
Everything you need is within walking distance. A huge 24 hr. Walgreen's is literally across the street. Pueblo supermarket is a 10 minute walk. Driving there would be no problem but I chose not to rent a car and did not need one. Metropol (walking distance ) and Atlantica ($12 cab ) were two of our favorite restaurants. Altlantica has a fish market adjoined. We bought fish and grilled out on two separate occasions. The last time Jorge was eating with friends and gave me a Medalla. Try one. Jorge was nice enough to help us print our boarding passes to go home too! If you fly Spirit they do have a kiosk at the airport to print your boarding passes. All you need to do is check in with your smart phone. Our security deposit was promptly refunded. I would definitely stay there again. Next time a month is in order or better yet we are considering purchasing there in the future. Enjoy.
Where do I begin!? From the day I found this condo on Home Away and contacted Jorge the service has been top notch! The condo was exactly as described, and even surpassed all of our already high expectations. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room to stretch. The location was extremely safe and we felt at home the entire time. There are great restaurants within walking distance and even a Walgreens across the street. It’s at the most convenient location you can think of since the airport is only 5 minutes away! Security/Front desk personnel were always friendly as well. Our flight was cancelled traveling back home and Jorge was extremely accommodating and allowing us to rent the condo for one last night! This is most definitely our home away from home and we will be back for sure to this same unit in September! Can’t wait! Thank you Jorge, Isla Verde Realty and Home Away for helping make our vacation the best ever!
I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a home feeling. It has plenty of security. All whom are friendly and protective of you and the property. I would also say that Jorge was wonderful and very helpful with everything. When we arrived he was kind enough to let us put our bags in the Condo while cleaning crew did what they had to do and we changed and hang out at the beach while they cleaned. Felt great and enjoyed the overall stay. 2 thumbs up. Already spoke about going back again in the future. Beach was just steps away and a lot of friendly people you get to meet. No one was ever rude. Was a pleasure staying and will do again in the future. So please check it out for yourself and call Isla Realty and talk to Jorge. He will treat you like family. I recommend this place. So does my daughter, her sister and best friend.
