The owner, Jeff, was very thoughtful and accessible. He made the process easy. With his connection, we were afforded a discounted rate at a ski valet company that delivered our ski equipment rentals the night we arrived and picked-up the equipment at the condo when we were done - no hassles. We had a late return flight, so Jeff was able to accommodate a late checkout as well.
We liked the building’s aesthetic and size. No young kids running in the hallways or late night revelers. Plenty of parking in the garage. Easy access to both the parking garage and the condo with security codes (no keys to pick-up and drop-off or lose). We sure appreciated the large elevator when loading and unloading luggage. The building is very well maintained and only about a 5 minute walk (in snow boots, not ski boots) to the lifts. We recommend taking advantage of Deer Valley’s free overnight storage for skis and poles (no need to lug them to and from the condo). For a small fee, you can rent a storage locker overnight for your ski boots.
The condo itself was well-appointed and stocked. Plenty of everything you need. No need to even bring sunscreen or lip-balm. It’s spacious for a family of four (we’ve one child in high school and one in college). Ample room in the kitchen and dining room for those who wish to cook and eat in. Three full bathrooms almost spoiled us. The jetted tub in the master bathroom and hot tub on the private balcony were welcome treats after long days on the slopes. We enjoyed the cozy gas fireplace as well.
Bottom line - when viewing the pictures online, what you see is what you get. Nothing was shabby, missing or broken. Everything was as nice as the pictures displayed. You will not be disappointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation. Thanks, Jeff!
The condo was conviently located. It was a very short walk to Snow base lodge. The condo was clean, well equipped, comfortable, and nicely decorated. They had lots of hooks to hang all your ski gear and a gas fireplace and hot tub to get warm after a long day of skiing. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!
We have a young family, 2 boys, ages 3 and 6. The only way we could have taken an extended ski vacation is staying in a place with ample room. The condo did not disappoint. It was spacious very well laid out with 2 master bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. 1 of the bedrooms was isolated from the main living space and provided an excellent sanctuary. The condo itself was very clean and well appointed. We felt completely comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Not to mention the location which was absolutely great and just a very short walk away from the St. Regis and the Deer Valley Ski Resort. We were able to walk out of the condo and be at the resort in 5 minutes. Taking the funicular up to the St. Regis was a treat for the kids. There's also a hiking trail directly accessible from the condo which I used to go on a 45 minute hike. Great for families, great for people who want to experience the amazing skiing and magnificent winter landscapes of this beautiful part of the country. Jeff also has a guest book that details everything in the condo and also gives great tips on local places to eat and visit. I felt like he was our virtual tour guide. The entire stay could not have been easier.
I had the pleasure of staying here in the winter of 2015. The place is amazing - lots of space, excellent location, well designed rooms, modern appliances, the complete package. It was awesome to be able to walk out of the building and be steps away from some of the best skiing around. The owner was super friendly and accessible and helped make our stay a great one. I highly recommend this rental and hope to come back soon!
The condo has a perfect location--just steps away from Deer Valley Resort and a slew of great restaurants and a few minutes from the action of Main Street. The condo is well equipped for groups looking to ski and have an enjoyable vacation to the mountains. The bedrooms are spacious as is the entire unit, actually. The property was spotless when we arrived, and there were hotel-like amenities in the bathrooms for our stay. I will always look first to this property when booking my next vacation in Park City.
Visiting son who is working as a ski instructor at Deer Valley. this home was perfect as we could walk to Snow Park Lodge so everyone could leave at their own time. The condo is spacious and the three full bathrooms really was perfect. Jeff was very accommodating and the whole experience was flawless. We hope to go back again!
