Água Pointe I tem uma piscina interior aquecida recentemente atualizado e banheira de hidromassagem. Há também uma piscina exterior com um terraço e uma piscina infantil com sombra de estar à sombra. Há grades do carvão vegetal situadas na piscina ao ar livre. Existem 2 passarelas através da grama da duna de acesso à praia. Ambos os calçadões estão equipados com chuveiros para uma lavagem rápida depois de um dia na areia. Enquanto o edifício tem 2 elevadores novos, sendo no 2º andar, este condomínio dá-lhe a opção de passeio ou tomar as escadas para todas aquelas viagens rápidas e para trás da praia. Há um grande deck de madeira sol no lado sul do edifício. Há um amplo estacionamento, tanto ao redor e sob o edifício, bem como muito maior do outro lado da rua. Enquanto North Myrtle Beach é um bairro razoavelmente tranquilo e relaxante para desfrutar de algum tempo na praia, que fica a poucos minutos de distância de carro da excitação e emoções do centro de Myrtle Beach.
Este condomínio à beira-mar tem sido anteriormente um imóvel residencial. Como tal, você vai encontrar mais de os confortos de casa do que normalmente visto em um imóvel alugado. A cozinha foi recentemente refeito com armários novos, aparelhos de aço inoxidável e nova iluminação. É totalmente equipada, incluindo uma máquina de lavar, secadora e lava-louças. O condomínio inteiro foi redecorado em charme elegante, Southern. Vangloria-se de novos colchões em ambos os quartos para uma boa noite de sono. O quarto principal tem uma casa de banho com banheira de hidromassagem para 2 pessoas e TV de tela plana - o lugar perfeito para relaxar depois de um dia agitado. O segundo quarto tem duas camas de solteiro. O terceiro quarto tem camas de beliche com um gêmeo em cima e uma cama tamanho completo na parte inferior. Ao todo, são 4 TV a cabo e DVD players e internet sem fio em toda a unidade.
O 15+ pés, varanda deste condomínio tem, de um lado, uma visão desobstruída do calçadão, o mar ea areia, a piscina exterior e um terraço e do litoral ao norte. No entanto, o outro lado tem uma vista parcialmente obstruída. O telhado dos blocos piscina coberta do gramado e paisagismo em frente do edifício, mas você pode ver o mar à direita sobre o telhado e você pode ver o litoral ao sul do edifício. Se você olhar para as fotos, você verá um canto deste telhado nos tiros varanda. Enquanto isso não bloquear alguns da propriedade Água Pointe I directamente em frente à piscina, não bloquear a vista para o mar. A área diretamente atrás do telhado poderia ser considerado uma vantagem, pois proporciona um pouco de privacidade para que você possa sentar-se na sua varanda e ouvir o surf sem ser em vista das pessoas na piscina ou no convés de sol. The condo was great and in a great location! My family and I had a wonderful time while staying there. The kitchen had all great stainless appliances and was equipped with everything I needed to cook for my family except cooking utensils (these were old and very flimsy). The bedrooms were a good size except for the one with bunk beds (tiny and very little storage space). The bathrooms were updated and had either a huge tub or huge shower. We didn't like the microfiber towels and wash cloths but that was nothing a quick trip to Walmart couldn't fix. Easy access to the beach. Two pools, hot tub and kiddie pool. Overall this is best condo we have stayed in at the beach.
We had a wonderful time and planning on going back to this condo in 2016! This was our first condo rental and we were not sure what to expect. Beautiful condo, beautiful beach and a friendly management.
We had a lovely time and definitely appreciated the well stocked kitchen coming from the restaurant industry:-) It's a lovely unit, steps to the beach! Would definitely stay again!!
Convenient to shopping, restaurants, movie theatre, and Boulineau's for great fresh seafood.
It's always a little scary renting in another state, but the owners made it so easy. They were quick to respond to all questions we had and made the process so simple! The condo itself it great. With 2nd floor access our elevator rides were very short and the elevator is near the entrance to our room. The patio was spacious enough for our group of four adults to relax and take in the scenery. I must admit I was secretly a bit nervous about half of the deck area being obstructed by the roof of the indoor pool, but it was no problem at all and did not obstruct the view! The inside of the condo was very clean and tidy with a small room to the left of the entrance with a futon in it where we could easily store our luggage and beach supplies out of the way. The kitchen had nice new granite counter tops not pictured above, too. The living room furniture is not actually the leather pictured but a VERY comfortable sofa and rocker chair. Each bedroom had king size beds or two twins too! As far as location, you are directly on the beach which is always nice. There is a parking lot on site but mostly we used the overflow parking right across the street so we could get in and out easier with our giant truck. We were looking for a low key place to stay that was in proximity to night life and this was it. The drive in to the bars/clubs on the main Myrtle was about a 20 min drive. Barefoot Landing is right up the road though, about a mile if that with restaurants of all different atmospheres. We enjoyed our vacation so much and thank the wonderful owners for lending us their home for the week! :)
This Condo was one of the prettiest Condos my family and I have ever stayed at. The building itself is a little dated, but the pool was very clean and so was the rest of the building. The furniture was modern and comfortable, everything was beautifully decorated, appliances were all brand new and there were plenty of towels and washcloths. The only thing I didn't like about the Condo was the balcony view of the beach was partially obstructed as described in the description on vrbo.com, other than that it was beautiful and Paul and Marie were very easy to deal with, including quick responses. The beach was busy but not overly crowded, you can easily find a spot. Overall I would definitely recommend this condo for families or romantic getaways. If you are as picky as we are about the places we rent this is the place for you!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this recently renovated, second floor condo. Paul was very easy to deal with by email and by phone. He was always quick to respond and saw that any needs that came up during our stay were taken care of. The management staff in the building were also very helpful. It is a 10 floor building and has 2 elevators, we never had to wait very long. It is a locked building, a little inconvenient if you take the stairs but definitely made me feel safer. There are only about 20 parking spaces in front of the building but ample parking across the street. They have a very nice outdoor and indoor pool with grills and picnic tables outside as well as tables inside the lobby. While there, I observed someone sweeping the lobby, maintaining the pool and vacuuming the halls, (I like things to be clean).
The location is perfect! It is directly across from Barefoot Landing and close to Tanger outlets and Restaurant Row. Try the Flying Fish at Barefoot and Liberty Steakhouse at Broadway.
The condo itself is a little tight but for 2 people it worked well. The pictures and info on this site have not been updated to reflect that the spare bedroom actually has 2 twin beds. The owner and management staff did convert this to a king in time for my daughter's arrival mid week. The office area to the left of the entrance worked great for a holding area for all of our beach supplies, shoes, etc. The kitchen is well stocked except for dish towels. The master bath had a wonderful Jacuzzi tub with great water pressure. There is no formal shower but the hand held shower worked fine. (there is no tv, though I would not have used this anyway) I also took advantage of the Dead Sea Salt and candles, very relaxing! Had adequate towels and wash cloths but could have used a couple additional hand towels. The balcony is a little small and does have an obstructed ocean view on one side but the other half has a very good view. It could use a couple more chairs. We would have preferred a more private view as this unit is on the second floor right in front of the access bridge coming off of the beach. It also sits right above/between the outdoor pool and indoor pool entrances. While this would really work great for those with children, it was not ideal for us.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the owners sharing their home with us.
