This property is literally right on the ocean. The unit is in the building closest to the water and the balcony overlooks the water. Beautiful sunrises!
Fully stocked kitchen, four chairs for outdoor use, towels, and a great space. The pool is clean and enjoyable as well.

This unit is the perfect beachfront location! It's a great size for two people.
We were so impressed with this condo. It is exactly what it says it is and even more - the views are spectacular, and the walk to the beach is literally a hop, skip and jump away. Mornings sitting on the balcony were breathtaking to say the least. Our entire family enjoyed the access to the beach and the flexibility to go from the beach to the condo to the pool, whenever we wanted and all within a couple of minutes. The entire experience was a great one and we're looking forward to visiting again soon.
(water pressure was weak and ceiling fan in bedroom didn't work - other than that it was perfect!)
This was our fourth trip to SPI, but the first time we brought a pet. We have always rented a condo in this general price range, and we were expecting to just have to accept whatever we ended up with, due to the limited number of choices that allow pets. This one turned out to be the nicest we have stayed in yet. Very clean and well kept, without the typical dated feeling.
This area of the beach is busy, with the large restaurant/club on one side and a well used public access on the other, but we had no problem finding a spot to set up right in front of our balcony. The only thing we didn't like was the number of non-guests who use the Tiki's parking spots and the water hose by the beach gate. That was only a minor irritation, though, not really a problem. Over all, it was a perfect stay for us and the family dog. We will come again.
The location on the beach is ideal. It's clean, well-maintained, and equipped w/ nearly everything one needs in the kitchen! We arrived after hours and the property manager was very helpful in getting us settled in, connecting w/ wi-fi, making sure our car wouldn't be towed, etc. The property manager is extremely professional, helpful, and friendly, and all of our questions were answered promptly. The condo was even nicer than our two previous stays, as it had all the little extra touches: plenty of paper products, hotel-style soap/shampoo , updated bedding, even beach towels and chairs for us to use. The only drawback is the kid's room bunk-bed. The children commented that the mattresses are thin and rather uncomfortable, so might not be good for heavier or older guests. I would recommend this place to my friends and family but hope it's available when we need to escape to our "home-away-from-home!" Thank you for a lovely stay.
GREAT CONDO!!! Steps from the beach...staff was friendly, check in was a breeze! This condo is as advertised. It is clean, well appointed and comfortable. Had a wonderful week long stay. Owner was very nice and easy to work with as well. This condo is a real value as it is literally on the Gulf side beach with wonderful sunrise view. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone traveling to South Padre! Thanks, Peggy!
