Unique multi story getaway Ocean Tower with panoramic Ocean views and unique floor plan on upper level. Enjoy the Ocean breeze on the multiple balconies or while you are relaxing at the pool in the brick paved Courtyard. The Pool, Courtyard is fenced and landscaped for privacy. Enter the fully furnished and decorated Ocean View Tower through glass doors that open upon the expansive Great Room of this unique vacation spot. Elegant hardwood floors and elevated wood ceilings adorn both levels of this Ocean View Tower. The kitchen provides both a gourmet cooking area and seating for eight at the pub table and 4 at dining table. Multiple sofas and comfortable chairs for relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings that this secluded dwelling has to offer. The main level contains the queen size bedroom plus a full bath along with two sofa sleepers for four in the great room. The upper level can sleep 8 guests in 3 bedrooms, one with a great oveanview!

The french doors on the upper level lead out to a private balcony where you can sit, relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean and feel its cool breeze or you can soak up the sun for your Florida tan and at the same time take in the fabulous ocean view. This house offers a maximum accommodation of twelve people.

Beach access is just steps from your front door. Bring a towel and chair for a day on the beach. Splash in the surf or take a short walk on the beach to the famous cocoa beach pier where you can listen to music, have a drink, eat at one of the restaurants or just enjoy the fun at the pier.

This beautiful ocean view house will be your vacation destination time and time again. Great for family reunions or just a great vacation spot for large families. Perfect beach getaway

Robert did an excellent job communicating with us. We ate in most meals since we had little kids but the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. We alternated with the beach and the pool so having a shared pool was not a problem. While the kids napped the upstairs covered deck with ocean view was fantastic. Lots of beach towels and washer and dryer were also great. We hope to return again soon.

Beach awesomeness!

What an incredible vacation spot! The house is amazing- great space that fit two families easily. It is a short walk to a beautiful, non crowded beach. You do share a pool with the other house but our schedules seemed to work it that we would have the area to ourselves. The washer and dryer are a blessing- kids and sand meant washing often! Cocoa Beach is a relaxed area- we rented bikes and rode to ice cream and shopping. The husbands loved the local bar at the end of the block. The provided towels and beach toys were such a benefit! Fish lips is a great restaurant for fresh seafood- we 100% recommend. The house is amazing, and working with the rental team was easy and had good communication. Covered patio was awesome for storm watching! Zero complaints- we loved all of it!

Family time, beach and rockets!

We had the property to ourselves as no one was staying in the house that shares the pool. It's just a short walk to the beach! We also enjoyed the time on the balcony watching the sunrise and waves. Our stay coincided perfectly with the rocket launch schedule...not one but two night launches! Charming house with plenty of elbow room for our family of ten. Ocean water was perfect for boogie boarding and wading. Good times!

Cocoa beach getaway

Location was great which is why we choose this house. Everyone had a blast. The only thing two things i would say if your going to stay here is that the pool is shared with the other house across from us. Second, is the stairs going to the second floor are extremely dangerous especially if you have children. Otherwise we had an amazing time.

Dont pass this gem up!

This place was simple, affordable, EXCELLENT location, great manager (we arrived late so he went and turned on the outside lights for us!), the decks are great and so close to the beach! There are several steps, if that would be difficult for you, but otherwise great location! Highly recommend!
