OUTDOOR HOT TUB, private 7 person

EVERYTHING is kept new or nearly new. Six smart TV's , Stanmore Marshall Sound Box for your phone, private hot tub (7 person), slate pool table, etc.! This is 3200 sq. ft. of 100% authentic ski home located on Deer Valley Drive. Kids AND parents LOVE this place! Don't stay in a cold senior's golf condo miles out!

Ideal for two families! Five private sleep spaces: three king, two queen sleeper sofas, and a bunk room with three sets of bunk beds. There are large overstuffed sofas, two are brand new pull out sleeper sofas. Aerobeds if needed, collapsable Graco crib, four full baths, sleeps 16 with lots of extra capacity, full kitchen/dining room, 3200 square feet. Reserved parking at front door for two vehicles plus overflow parking.

Located on Deer Valley Drive in Lower Deer Valley (Snow Park - see link to map) your condo is just 800 yards to the Deer Valley lift, 1/2 mile to town, 1-1/2 miles to the Park City lift, 5 miles to The Canyons, short drive to Solitude, Brighton, Alta and Snowbird. 35 minutes to Airport.

Three level unit:

The upper level has two master bedrooms w/ vaulted ceilings / private master baths and TV's. One bedroom is especially large with a sitting area/WiFi, etc.

The middle level has one master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, master shared bath & TV. Also on this floor are the kitchen, dining and great rooms. The two story glass great room was recently remodeled and expanded. Large sofas for movie viewing. Great for two families! The stone fireplace burns really wood. Private outdoor hot tub.

The lower level has two additional sleep spaces geared towards kids. One room has a brand new queen pull out sofa bed with no bath. The other is a fun bunk room that sleeps six. (3 sets of twin over full bunk beds) The sleep spaces on the basement level share a full bath. The basement level was renovated in the spring of 2021!

Your ski/boot storage AND COMMERCIAL BOOT DRYER are also on this floor. (Dries/warms 8 boots or gloves in 20 minutes, AWESOME!!)

CENTRAL HUMIDIFIER to keep you comfortable and your winter 'high altitude dryness' in check. Try to find that in other units! Small portable humidifiers in bedrooms in case you are extra sensitive. Humidified air makes your vacation more comfortable, that is a fact!

AIR CONDITIONED for summer.

We will send our 'locals only secrets' about shopping, restaurants, adventure activities, ski areas, parking and the US Olympic Park.

Because this terrific unit is in such excellent condition we request families and married couples only. (Sorry college students!) No party throwing, no pets and no smoking please. Have a blast in terrific home located among the BEST SKI AREAS in the world but please respect this family owned unit. Maximum occupancy 16 without specific permission granted at additional cost. Minimum age of primary renter(s) should be 30 without granted request. Thank you!

Great Ski Trip
We had a great stay and the house was just as described. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for the 8 adults we had. I can't say enough about the location. It was great to boot up at home and the bus literally picks you up out in front of the condo and drops you at the Town Lift, or Main Lodge of Park City. We used the bus to also go out at night which was perfect. Tracy quickly responded to any questions that I had during our stay.

Family Ski Trip 2024
The house had plenty of room to accommodate all 11 members of the family. Kitchen was nicely appointed to cook meals. Great boot room to get ready to ski. The wood burning fireplace was a nice touch.

All around wonderful!
Our family, ages 17-74, had the perfect vacay at this home. Mattresses and bedding were fantastic for all of us, which was extremely important, as some of the older family members have back issues. Kitchen was well appointed. The great room furniture was super comfy, with a gorgeous view of the snowy back and side yards, which includes a great sledding hill for the kids. The hot tub out back was perfect, as well as the ski equipment room on the first level. Firewood was provided for wood burning fireplace which made our evenings extra warm & cozy. To top it all off, the bus stop for the free bus system to the area resorts, Main Street, town lift, etc., was right out the front door. A bus literally comes by every few minutes! This was perfect for our avid skiers who could come and go all day long. It was also great for the older folk who didn’t ski, but wanted to go shopping, out to lunch and dinner, etc., without having to worry about parking and driving in the heavy snowfall. The owner, Tracy, was wonderful and very responsive. We loved it all so much that we’ve already booked it again for next year and cannot wait to go back!

3 generations ski vacation
3 generations, family of 10. Every one had plenty of space. Condo is perfectly set up for ski trip. The downstairs area with benches, ski racks, boot warmer and hooks was great for keeping snow and wetness out of the rest of the house. All of the many beds were comfortable and we had all the linens we could possibly need. Kitchen is well stocked. We cooked every night and again had room for a large family. The hot tub was enjoyed after skiing. The bus stops right across the street- it took a few trips to figure out the system. Honestly the pictures don’t do this home justice. It’s a very nice place.

Great Vacation
We have been to Deer Valley many years. This was our first time in December. While the snow conditions were not as great as February, John and Tracy's home made our vacation exceptionally enjoyable. Owner's were very responsive and their hosting agent was quick to respond for any issues. The home is nicely laid out for multiple families or one large one such as ours. The bus is a few steps away from the unit so easy to get to Snow Park quickly. We will be back!

Tracy and I have four kids. The three girls like to take the quick shuttle to Deer Valley for half a day and then shop. The boys like to drive to Alta / Snowbird and ski the gnarly stuff till closing.

Utah arguably has the best skiing in the world. Little Cottonwood Canyon often gets over 700 inches of powder annually (more than double Colorado). When I was younger I skiied almost everywhere in North America and most of Europe. After every trip my friends and I came up with the same conclusion... there is no place better than Utah. Park City is in the middle of ten great Utah resorts.

We have four kids and Deer Valley (which is in Park City) is incredibly family friendly. It wins 'Best Family Resort' most every year. If you want the best skiing in the world and a great place for your family.. it is a no brainer. I do not think that is overstated.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our business model has always been the same. Charge less and deliver more than the competition. People not only return, they refer others. The average condo in Deer Valley rents for three weeks per season. Our home has sold out the entire 16 week ski season for 17 plus years and still running! Despite the rental income, we have never taken a dollar of profit. We have put all money back into the unit to keep it remodeled and in excellent condition. Renters are always happy and always seem to treat our home respectfully. Judy, our manager, keeps in touch to make sure your stay is optimum. She is always ready with helpful suggestions and recommendations. We have never had an unhappy renter and we never want to.
