Este dois quartos, duas casa de banho, fica a uma quadra da praia, localizada em quintais. O andar de cima sala de estar e sala de jantar tem uma grande luz com tectos altos e grandes janelas. A foto arial da praia mostra o quão perto estamos para o oceano. A casa é espaçosa e inclui: a plena wrap-around deck, ar-condicionado, TV, duas camas king-size e uma cama queen-size pull-out. A casa acomoda 6 pessoas Há uma lavadora e secadora na unidade.

Venha desfrutar do luxo de bancadas de mármore, pisos de bambu, tectos altos com muita luz dos seis clarabóias em toda a casa, estacionamento para 2 carros, e as fantásticas fotos de surf de um fotógrafo sênior do surfista Revista John Bilderback toda a casa. É legal o ano com ar condicionado e ventiladores em todos os quartos.

Wonderful Week on the North Shore!

My son and I stayed here for a week with a friend and her son. We loved the location to the beaches, the food and the market. The home comes well equipped! The owner did a great job of anticipating the needs of travelers and outfitted the place so that the only purchases needed was food to fill the fridge which already contained some basic condiments. We really enjoyed our stay here! It was peaceful and relaxing - just what we wanted. On our next visit to the North Shore, we will definitely want to rent this house again! Thanks, Aris, for sharing your home with us and for making our Hawaii vacation a very memorable one!

Beautiful, but privacy challenges

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful location. It's an easy walk or bike ride to many attractions (beaches, surfing, Teds) and a short drive to many others. Unfortunately, it wasn't the right property for us and I wish I'd seen these details in a review before booking, so I'm providing them here for others. Both bathrooms have large windows in the showers. These are clear glass windows with no curtains or coverings of any kind. Both windows face a neighbors house which also has windows facing this home. So for both bathrooms, if you take a shower, you will be in full view of the neighbor. In one of the bathrooms, the same will be true when you are on the toilet. For many, this may not be an issue, but it was for us. Also, all of the doors into the home are sliding glass doors that can only be locked from the inside. One of those doors opens to a landing at the top of the stairs and there's a normal door with a normal lock at the bottom of the stairs, so this is the sliding glass door that's left unlocked when you leave. We didn't feel completely secure with only those sliding doors. (To be fair, it would take some work for someone to get in, but we still were slightly uncomfortable.) Many visitors will read this review and say we're old fogeys that need to relax and enjoy beautiful Hawaii and in some respects you are right. But if there are other travelers who may be old fogeys like us and who have concerns like us, I wanted to make sure this was reflected in one of the reviews here so that you would choose a different property and leave this one to those that will truly enjoy it for all that it has to offer.

Resposta do proprietário: The bathroom windows are 18 inches by 24 inches, and they are 6 feet above the floor. Privacy is not an issue. The sliding glass doors have locks and are accessible only from the lanai. A deadbolt lock and a doorknob lock prevent intry to the stairway up to the lanai. Additionally, the house has motion detector spotlight outside along with video cameras. Security is not an issue. No other renter has ever raised these issues...because they are not real issues. Why would you ever stay in a hotel???!!!

Awesome home. Clean, up to date, very short walk to the beach. We loved our stay at this home. North shore has few options - expensive resort or super cool residence. We quit staying at hotels about10 years ago. This place was perfect for our family and the way we like to travel.

Great Place

This place was just beautiful, very clean and homey, we really enjoyed our stay here!! Aris, Alexis, and John manage and own a great place to relax and get away from home, We came here for our daughter's wedding for the weekend, and it had AC, which kept everyone cool, despite the hot and humid conditions of the passing of the hurricane. We would be coming back one day again, when we come back there would be a new addition for Alexis and John too, Congrats guys!!

Excellent House For Family and Friends

We were absolutely stoked with this house it was so close to the beach with water glimpses, and the amenities were excellent for younger children. Everything you could possibly need was in the kitchen making it easy for family meals. The house was very clean and roomy and we felt very comfortable and cosy here, just like we were in our own home. Teds bakery is just down the road and the bikes were useful for riding up and down the bike track which is a must do. Highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay again. Mahalo x

An ideal place!

There is not much more to say about this property than what has been highlighted by other guests. Our stay was memorable for many reasons, but much for the room, serenity and space offered by this home. Aris, with Alexis and John, have created a lovely and low-key place for families or couples to rest, unwind and enjoy the magical vibe of the North Shore. We traveled with our adult kids (21 & 19) who both had their own room (paid for the extra room well worth it!) and all of us commented how much privacy and space we all felt. The house was incredibly well-appointed with good quality linens, towels, housewares, appliances, outdoor grill, etc. (A couple of larger chefs knives would have been helpful...but, nothing to hold anyone back from preparing meals here). Also included were all the "beach" things that you might need including masks, snorkels, fins, body boards, beach chairs, mats, ice chests, etc. The 3 minute walk to the beach each morning with my coffee in-hand is the ritual I miss the most (or most look forward to on my return here!) as I now sit in a cold Seattle winter. Right at our figurative doorstep we had Sunset Beach, Back Yards and V-Land as the setting for the start of our day, the middle of our day and the end of our days watching EPIC sunsets.

Don't miss Haleiwa Joe's for dinner (some of the best Ono I have eaten and a crab/avocado salad my wife and daughter enjoyed); Sharks Cove grill for super casual dinner/lunch al fresco; Ted's Bakery for good eggs breakfasts and even better pastry and pie (almond cinnamon Danish pastry...have one...or six... for me, please!); good, albeit somewhat pricey fruit can be had at a multi-vendor fruit stand two miles east toward Turtle Bay. If you want to prepare you own meals, Foodland has just about all that anyone needs. But, if you are there on a Thursday, visit the Farmers Market at Waimea Falls Park. Good produce, Molokai beef and fresh fish, along with other prepared foods and artisan works. In Haleiwa, visit VJs Butcher Block for other grassfed beef, lamb, game and fish...Kyle is a good guy to speak with if you love to talk meat!

While it might be tempting, don't hunt down the roosters living next door. After that first night, you will come to love them, as you will the geckos all about :)

Don't hesitate to rent this is lovely and its owners are simply wonderful and very east to do business with.
