TV entertainment is available in the den or in both bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, and the second bedroom hosts a queen bed, both offering views of the Gulf. A new addition of built-in bunk beds enhances the condo's capacity to accommodate a total of 6 guests. The bedrooms are fully carpeted, with tiled flooring throughout the rest of the condo. For Winter Season reservations (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a minimum stay of 60 days. Reservations not meeting this criterion are subject to potential cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may have a minimum stay of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information: Parking Passes are required and available for purchase upon arrival or through our office. Only 2 parking passes per reservation, with a maximum of 2 cars allowed. Linens are provided, although guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
