Welcome to our recently renovated first floor corner Unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with approx. 1800 sq. feet and has been recently remodeled from top to bottom. It is located in Emerald Towers, a private, gated community. The Unit is about 50 feet from the sandy white beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf. It has access to the private beach from the living room and front door. No waiting for elevators!! Come relax in style.

As you enter the Unit, you will be greeted with plantation shutters along the floor-to-ceiling wrap around windows and your view of the beautiful waters of the Emerald Coast. When you open the sliding glass doors, you will step onto your private patio which opens up to the pool and is a few feet from the exclusive sugar white beach. Please note, beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are available for an additional fee.
Private umbrellas or tents are not allowed on Emerald Towers' private beach.

The Unit has new flooring and has ceiling fans in every room. The family room has fantastic views of the beach and a queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom comes with a heavenly king size bed and private bath. You'll get a good night sleep here. The master also has a superb view of the beach and pool area. The 2nd guest bedroom has a wonderful king size bed as well and its own private bath. The 3rd bedroom has a new comfy king size bed. All bedrooms have mounted flat screen smart TVs for your entertainment.

The Unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen and has granite counter tops. You'll enjoy preparing pancakes for breakfast or eating your favorite take out foods from the wide-ranging number of restaurants within a short distance from Emerald Towers. The large dining table is a great place to catch up with your family and friends while you watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the emerald waters.

If you enjoy grilling, Emerald Towers has BBQ grills overlooking the pool and beach and just a few steps from our Unit. If you want to burn a few calories, you can use the exercise room as you enjoy views of the pool and beach or you can practice your tennis swing in the lighted courts at night after a day at the beach.

Emerald Towers is in the heart of Destin. Just minutes away from: i) entertainment (Big Kahuna’s Water park, The Track, music venues), (ii) golf courses, (iii) recreational activities (deep-sea fishing, snorkeling, boating, kayaking, jet skiing and bicycling), (iv) restaurants (from McDonald's to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse), and lots and lots of shopping (Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall) plus much more.
