Nossa casa Maui possui 2 quartos, cada um com seu próprio banheiro. 22 'TV de tela plana com DVD PLAYER no quarto principal! Há também uma sala de jantar, sala de estar, cozinha totalmente abastecido, e uma varanda com vistas deslumbrantes sobre o oceano diretamente em frente da unidade. É equipado com uma cama king size no quarto principal, dois gêmeos no quarto da frente, e no sofá faz em uma cama queen-size. Há uma grande televisão de tela plana, VCR, DVD player, ar-condicionado, máquina de gelo, utensílios de cozinha, máquina de lavar louça, máquina de lavar e micro-ondas Secador, liquidificador, cafeteira automática e muito mais. Todos os lençóis e toalhas são fornecidas. Há até mesmo toalhas de praia para seu uso. Não é permitido fumar na unidade ou a va!
No terreno existe uma piscina aquecida, bar-b-ques, abundância de cadeiras e quilômetros de praia a pé, com um refúgio de vida selvagem em frente à água. É muito particular e isolada, sem ruídos do trânsito como aluguel Kehei. Palmeiras e plantas tropicais são abundantes na propriedade. As atividades incluem: natação, mergulho, surf, bodyboard, whale watching, lojas, restaurantes, passeios, atividades marítimas, mini-golfe, vários campos de golfe de classe mundial, windsurf, parasailing, passeios e muito mais.

It started when we opened the front door, we were greeted by the beautiful ocean view with the island of Molikini The balcony becconed with the sound of surf and trade winds though the palm trees. Clean, spacious condo that accommodated 5 of us comfortably. Kitchen had everything nessesary for cooking in and the access to the beach offered easy entertainment for our children.
Also, there is a well maintained lovely pool with several lounge chairs and a beautiful white sand beach just a couple feet away. Washer and dryer in the unit were a big plus. We already booked our time for next year. This is a must stay condo!!
We immensely enjoyed our stay at 420 Kanai' A Nalu. The view is as awesome as indicated by the pictures and described by others. The unit is well kept. The beds are comfortable; the kitchen came well stocked with appliances, utensils, cookware and glassware; the fridge is fairly new;the internet was fine; and the washer/dryer provided us with clean laundry as needed.
Furthermore, parking is convenient, the pool and grounds are in great shape and a pleasant place for relaxing. The bbq grills are top of the line and we loved walking the long beach in the mornings. There were some minor maintenance issues (both the front and patio screen doors needed to be replaced but still functioned adequately plus a few other minor items), but hey, this isn’t supposed to be the Ritz.
Barbara was very attentive to our communications/questions and arranged for us to stash our luggage for several hours our first day as we came in on an early flight. It would have been nicer to have central air as some days were a bit warm and the old window unit wasn’t up to the task, but the trade winds blow most of the day and all night which for the most part made the temperature inside tolerable. A plus was the various “toys” in the guest bedroom closet plus the various usable foodstuffs left by prior renters. We did likewise; leaving behind unused paper products for the kitchen/bathrooms and a good ice chest.
This was our third visit to this condo unit and this time we stayed for eleven nights. We stayed here for a week just this last November. Our November review, titled "Shut Up and Take My Money", is shown below. Everything in our earlier review still stands. Fantastic!
If you are looking for a truly quiet and restful location, I am convinced that this part of the island is one of the best kept secrets on Maui. We have been here in September, November and now August. Each time, regardless of how busy the rest of the island was, it was always quiet at this location. Many days we literally had large portions the beach all to ourselves.
As always, Barbara and Lee were great to work with and, once again, we look forward to returning soon.
We spent 2 beautiful weeks again in this beautiful condo. . .the best part of this unit is the location and excellent customer service from Michelle and Barbara. . . be back again God willing.
The first, and only, time we had been to Maui prior to this trip was in September of 2001, right after 9 / 11. The island was almost empty of tourists and it seemed that we had Maui almost all to ourselves. During that first visit, we stayed at Lee and Barbara's wonderful condo and it was fantastic. When we returned for this trip, we decided to stay in this same condo unit again.
I must say that during this trip the island was quite busy when compared to our previous visit. However, the condo and its surrounding area was just as quiet as it was during our 2001 stay. What a great and relaxing location this is. It can be windy in the Malaga Bay area but, unlike most beachfront locations, the wind doesn't come off of the ocean, it generally comes from the land side. This allowed us to keep the condo cool without having to use the air conditioning and also enjoy the grounds, pool and the beach which were nicely protected from the wind. Although it was windy during our stay, the wind was never an issue for us. It is great having a swimmable beach right out your front door as well as having a long, beautiful white sandy beach for walking. Most days we did not even leave the area because all of the outdoor beach / water activities we wanted were readily available to us. In addition, the view from the lanai is spectacular.
We planned this trip with some dear friends from Southern California and they also stayed in the same condo facility. We were both in top floor, beachfront, outside corner units which are probably, as far as location goes, the best two condos in the complex. Both were outfitted nicely and provide great privacy. The main difference is the cost. This unit was a far better value than the Unit our friends stayed in. This condo is a great bargain - Not just when comparing it with other units in the complex, but even to other comparable condos on the island. The owners are terrific to work with and very responsive to questions and inquiries.
We are now planning a return visit to this condo and this time it will hopefully be within 14 months rather than 14 years.
We were a family of 5 with 3 -20 something kids. This condo was in a great location, far enough off the beaten track so it is quiet and still within walking distance to a few shops/eats. Really nice layout for a family and the view is fantastic! Endless walks on the beach right in front of the condo and really liked that the area was private. Would recommend it to anyone! The owners are great to work with as well!
Condo senta-se em uma rua de condomínios com restaurantes, lojas, Aquarium, apenas uma caminhada pela rua do complexo. Estamos a cerca de 6 km do aeroporto de Kahului e entre 17-19 km de Kaanapali Beach. Nosso condomínio está de frente para o mar com uma vista incrível! Sente-se na varanda e você pode jogar uma pedra e atingiu o oceano!
