Our 2nd floor (access via stairs or elevator), non-smoking, no pets; 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom Villa sleeps up to 6 people. Our clean Villa is recently updated and has a nice view of the ocean. Enjoy watching the sunrise from our oceanview balcony. Within a few steps, you are on the beach and at the pool! Great location! There is easy access to shops, restaurants, bars and a grocery store from the walking path to Coligny Plaza. The Tiki bar is near to Sea Side Villas as part of the Holiday Inn which is open to the public and is about 3 complexes down. Frosty Frog bar is located in Coligny Plaza-a great place for watching your favorite sporting teams and enjoying your favorite drink! On rainy days, there is quaint local movie theatre with reclining seats that is family owned called Park Plaza cinema. The famous lighthouse and museum is in Harbour Towne and is a quick car ride or bike ride. So sit back, relax and enjoy this Villa. This Villa has great amenities in a great location.

Our villa has a comfortable queen-size bed with new mattress in the private bedroom (with dresser and cable TV), built-in bunk beds in the hall, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa (Villa accommodates 6 people).
WiFi (with password) is available for all booked guests.

The kitchen is fully stocked with new kitchen dishes, pot/pans, toaster, coffee maker (including pizza pan, wine bottle opener and wine glasses)- all the comforts of home. Linens and towels are provided. There is a sit up island for eating, bistro table that seats 4-6....great for family time. There are 2 TV's with cable (one in the bedroom and one in the living room). There is a DVD player near the kitchen.

Seaside Villas has the best location on the island! You are within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, shops, restaurants, waterpark, night clubs/pubs and putt putt golf. The island features over 30 miles of bike trails, with free bike delivery and pickup, 12 miles of white sandy beaches, boat tours and tennis courts. The golfers in the family will experience the world renowned golf courses that HHI has to offer (golf packages are available).

Seaside Villas is a gated community, featuring 2 swimming pools, washer and dryer on each floor (coin laundry), covered parking and elevators. We are a Non-Smoking unit. The complex does not allow pets.
