Nosso condomínio é uma unidade final localizado no primeiro andar. Ótimo para famílias que gostaria espaço para se espalhar - não mais cramming todos em um quarto de hotel. Cozinha completa para que você não tem que comer a cada refeição - gastar seu dinheiro no Outlets em vez! Estamos perto de tudo, mas ainda estão em um ambiente privado. A fuga de quatro temporada perfeita. Excelente localização para um fim de semana de compras ou uma fuga de golfe. As famílias vão encontrar uma variedade de atividades localizadas em poucos minutos; Storyland, Conway Scenic Railway, caminhadas, tubulação descendo os rios Swift & Saco, nadando em lagos locais, canoagem e caiaque, de bicicleta e em inúmeras ciclovias e trilhas. Para o divertimento do inverno, que estão localizados dentro de 20 milhas de 5 grandes áreas de esqui. Xcountry e sapato de neve trilhas estão a poucos minutos da nossa porta. Wifi grátis
This place is clean well maintained and is so close to everything. You won't believe that settlers green outlet is literally out your front door. But that you are so secluded and feel like your in the deep county.
My husband and I stayed here with our two small children in July 2016. What a great condo! The condo was immaculately clean with two bedrooms and an open living / kitchen area. The setup was perfect as we could have one child in a bedroom and the other on the fold out sofa. All linens were provided, as well as a kitchen with dishes, pots/pans, full sized fridge, coffee maker, microwave. It was so great to have breakfast in the condo at the cute breakfast bar before heading out for the day. The location can't be beat in Settler's Green. I communicated with Mike and he was fantastic - quick responses, very helpful. The only negative had to do with the upstairs tenants being very noisy - they woke us up nightly between 1-2 am by . running their shower or sink.... it will sound like a jet engine in the condo, and we had the unfortunate luck of them showering in the middle of the night. That is just bad luck, however, as the upstairs tenants were also temporary renters and is not a reflection of this condo. This noise would not be disturbing during daylight hours. We can't wait to return next year, and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in the area. So much better than a hotel!!!
My sister and I decided to take a last minute weekend away to have some girl time and get a head start on our Christmas shopping. We've never stayed in North Conway, and decided to look for a rental like this instead of a hotel, and we are so glad we did! The owner was very easy to work with, and very responsive even with our last minute plans. The location is perfect in relation to the shopping areas (the entry road is a little bumpy with potholes, though), and the unit was clean and comfortable. We loved the little fireplace, and it had everything we needed for our weekend. Don't hesitate to rent this unit!
This condo is conveniently located to the outlets and grocery store. It is well equipped and well maintained. We will return for sure.
Great location. Super clean. The owners reply right away with inquieries and retun the depost promptly. Would definately stay here again.
The property was clean and comfortably accommodated the four of us. Check in information was sent in ample time with very good directions. The only negative was no wash cloths were provided with the towels. Would stay again and would also recommend it.
