This extremely comfortable and beautifully remodeled three bedroom, three bath plus loft is the perfect place for your next vacation.

With 2,135 square feet, spread out over three levels, this town-home has plenty of room for all and offering those that desire privacy their own haven. All three bedrooms and their baths are located on the lower level; the primary enjoys a private deck with a hot tub. The main level is comprised of the gourmet kitchen, large dining area, great room, reading nook/window seat and deck with BBQ grill and incredible views of the ski runs.
Cozy family room with big screen tv, stacked stone gas fireplace and double sectional couches with room for the whole family to relax. Sunny nook/window seat perfect for reading.

The loft is complete with a queen sleeper sofa is the perfect hangout for tweens and teens to play games.

Beautiful location and home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the access to Lisa and her help with questions. We had a little trouble finding the exact unit but she came over to direct us to the lovely home. Tons of room for 6 in the living room and the kids really enjoyed the hot tub!! Great time was had by all!!

Beautiful and Convenient

This is a beautiful home, and my wife and I had a fantastic 4 day stay! The lofted main living area is stunning, and the upper level has fantastic mountain views. We found all of the instructions for check in/out clear, the home was immaculate, and it was conveniently located to Silver Lake Village. I am an advanced beginner skier, so I wasn’t quite ready for the ski out. We were able to use Deer Valley’s free overnight ski and boot check to walk between the house and the village. We found the walk to be reasonable, even in the snow. The bathrooms have obviously been renovated since the photos in the listing were last taken, and they were in fantastic condition (the primary bathroom has a tiled floor shower, and most of the floors on the lower level were heated). Thank you for a great stay, and we hope to be back someday!

Fabulous home base!

We had such a fabulous stay at this condo in deer valley! The location to the mountain is perfect (we skiied out of silver lake lodge on the days that the kids didn’t have ski school), and everything was both lovely and cozy. We had planned to have a number of dinners out and ended up staying home because the house was so comfortable and the kitchen so well stocked! Many thanks to Lisa for her responsiveness and care! We’d love to return in the future…

Ridgepoint at Deer Valley is located at 8100 foot elevation near Silver Lake Village. We are located 3.5 miles to historic Main Street in Park City with a free city bus (runs approximately every 30 minutes) available during ski season.

Amenities include undercover shared parking, outdoor pool/hot tub and tennis court for warm weather use.

Short walk to Silver Lake lodge with some of the finest restaurants Deer Valley has to offer; Stein Eriksens, Goldener Hirsch, Cafe Mariposa, Royal Street Cafe and Cena. Silver Lake Village is home to ski related services including ski rentals, gear and apparel.
