O proprietário prefere este apartamento de luxo para acomodar um máximo de quatro adultos. Há um colchão inflável queen adicional para circunstâncias pendentes e todas as taxas são como citado.
Todas as roupas de cama, maçanetas, etc. tem sido lavados e desinfectados a um meticuloso (insano? Ha!) padrão de limpeza.

fantastic apartment and Jill is the best. Perfect location for shopping, dinner, etc. 8 min walk to my son's interview at CofC on Monday morning. We will be back staying at the apartment again whether he goes there or not. PS, DO NOT MISS the brunch at the Obstinate Daughter on Sullivan's Island. 25 min drive but the best I have ever had.
What a fabulous stay!!! From the time of booking to the time we left Charleston, we could not have been happier! First of all, Charleston itself is wonderful. The apartment is situated in a perfect location on King Street and within walking distance to many great restaurants and sites to see. We did have a car for exploring places further out and were provided free parking at the apartment, as well. Secondly, we can't say enough about the property manager, Jill, who helped make our vacation as enjoyable as it was. The attention to detail and the concern in making it a perfect stay was phenomenal! We stayed in the smaller apartment, which was lovely and filled with little amenities that were very much appreciated right down to the bottle of champagne and chocolates that were there upon our arrival. Jill began making suggestions and reservations to restaurants prior to our arriving for the Easter Holiday, which made planning our time so much easier. She made herself available for anything you needed. This was not expected and made the whole experience relaxing. Lastly, booking was a breeze and provided a fair and easy policy. We would return there in a heartbeat! Thank you, Jill, for being a part in making our first time to Charleston so enjoyable!!!
Great from start to finish. Apartment has plenty of space and is centrally located. Property manager was great to work with. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Charleston.
We had an amazing stay at this apartment on King Street. It was perfect for our group of 4 as we had plenty of space. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Charleston!
First - the response time and charge-on-arrival instead of in advance was much appreciated! The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and Jill's attention was wonderful. We had everything we needed, from fresh linens, to coffee creamer, and even a welcome bottle of champagne! It was perfect for my annual Charleston trip with my best friend and we are already planning on booking it next year. We have traditionally stayed right by Market Street but did not miss it! This apartment is an easy 10-15 minute walk from the more recognized heart of down town; it was close enough to still enjoy that area and has its own set of really nice shops and restaurants in its immediate vicinity. * Note about Black Bean which is on the next block - I was REALLY disappointed in the breakfast - I paid way too much for the Barbie Doll-sized breakfast - it is a shame because the food was good but the portion was insultingly small. Not a good value. Take a walk down to Toast on Meeting - it's worth it;)
Like some reviewers, I almost hesitate to rate this place because it may become so popular we won't be able to return! But we had a fantastic experience, and I want other travelers to have the same opportunity.
First, the booking. Unlike many properties, the truly wonderful manager, Jill McCabe, held our reservation with a credit card, but did not charge the card until we arrived. This was a nice contrast to many VRBO properties which demand payment up front.
Second, the responsiveness. We mentioned to Jill that we would be cooking Thanksgiving dinner in the apartment, and wanted to make sure we had enough pots, pans etc. We arrived to find 2 new pans and 2 new cooking sheets in addition to the ones already there. We had a minor issue during our stay. Jill could not have been nicer about having it fixed quickly and offering a credit for our trouble. Jill promptly responded to any question or request, including returning a book my wife left in the apartment. I cannot say enough good things about her!
Third, the great space. Two substantial bedrooms, a very functional kitchen and marble bath. The chic decoration was fun, a nice contrast to the colonial style in many hotels. The water pressure was excellent. There were lots of "in case you forgot" supplies in the bath including deodorant (which I forgot), and a razor (which I also forgot).
The living room is larger than it appears in the picture. We really enjoyed spreading out a bit during our 4 day stay.
The location is choice; upper King Street is a newly chic neighborhood. Marion Square, King Street shopping, and the historic district are right outside your door. We only used the car to visit relatives in West Ashley and drive to Folly Beach.
The total price worked out to about $350.00 per night including one parking space. Our son was also able to park there when the salon was closed on Thanksgiving. An excellent value for a 2 bedroom apartment in downtown Charleston.
We are avid travelers, and this was one of our very best lodging experiences. Thanks, Jill!
