Located on the east side, you will enjoy beautiful sunsets. Enjoy swimming in refreshing clean water. Jump from the dock or wade from the shore. Bring your boat and tie up to the dock or rent kayaks, canoes and paddleboards from a local company that delivers them to you at the cottage. Home was originally built 1910 as a guest cottage to larger family cottage next door and over the years several additions /improvements have been added, though the vintage charm remains. Original front living room opens onto covered porch overlooking the lake, beach & dock. Larger living/dining room in the back, added later, has a wood burning fireplace & baseboard heating. Master bedroom & kitchen have baseboard heat, too. Large kitchen is well equipped with any /everything one might need to make the most elaborate meal-and/or a microwave for reheating leftovers from one of the great local winery restaurants! Ideal location feels private & secluded yet close to so much. On the Seneca Wine trail. Watkins Glen is 10 minutes away, Ithaca and Corning 30 minute drive.

Spacious master bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom & second bedroom upstairs (double bed). Queen size bed and additional full bath on ground floor. Upstairs/downstairs nice spilt for couples.

I provide high quality sheets, plenty of pillows all encased in breathable allergen covers, blankets and decorative quilts & shams for all beds. 2 bath, 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths left for each guest. Please bring your own beach towels.

Dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, cleaning supplies, trash bags and toilet paper provided.
