It is a self-contained and private apartment in the basement of a detached house. Through a separate entrance leads to the quiet apartment. The bright and spacious living-dining room with floor-to-ceiling window elements (facing south) offers a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi and a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a nice dining area and work desk. The sunny, sheltered and partially covered terrace with comfortable lounge furniture and the adjoining garden with pond and a lawn invite you to relax and linger.
