Our barrierearmes holiday home "Little Uncle" awaits you in the middle of the idyllic region of fishing in the peaceful village of Grödersby, only 250 meters from the water. For 2 people, it offers a modern, cuddly Scandinavian-style interior and allows barrier-free living on one level, so it is ideal for the mobility-impaired and wheelchair users.
The combined living room and bedroom is particularly light-flooded by the open ceiling design and provides with Nordic furnishing elements, a lambskin, candles and beautiful bright colors for "hyggelige" feel-good atmosphere. Should our "North German Schietwedder" not animate you to go out, provide a flat-screen TV, a music system and free wireless for media entertainment. An easel and painting utensils bear witness to the past as a former artist's studio and provide an incentive to be creative - be inspired by the beautiful Schleiregion!
In the kitchen you will find next door everything you need to prepare delicious food. You can enjoy this at the small dining table or on the directly off the terrace, which lures in sunny weather with garden furniture. Should it be a bit windier, you will find a cozy, sheltered retreat in the beach chair.
The bathroom of the house is completely barrier-free, so that wheelchair users can move without restrictions: the walk-in shower is passable and equipped with a shower seat and grab bars, also on the toilet are handles for a secure fit.
A free car parking space is available on the property. The cottage "Little Uncle" is located in the idyllic Schleiregion in Grödersby, just 250 meters from the Schlei. The smallest city in Germany "Arnis" is only about 1 km away and offers a bakery, several restaurants and a beautiful promenade, which leads to the small beach on the Schlei. The center of Kappeln is only about 3 km away and offers attractions such. B. the Schleiberücke, the St. Nikolaikirche or the Dutch windmill Amanda and a beautiful old town with many small shops, boutiques, cafes and ice cream shops. At the harbor promenade there are several restaurants and from here you can enjoy the best harbor cinema, when numerous sailing ships pass the Schleibrücke. Even for nature lovers, there are many things to discover in the region, eg. For example, in the nature reserve of the Geltinger Birk many bird species and Scottish highland cattle are native and with luck you can also spot the Konik wild horses here. The nearest Baltic Sea beach is about 10 km away.
