Na esquina da famosa Rue D'Antibes A principal rua comercial; Menos de 2-3 minutos a pé para as belas praias de La Croisette e Palais des Festivals, onde o famoso Cannes Film Festival é realizado todos os anos em maio. Caminhe para todos os restaurantes famosos ao longo das praias de Cannes ou ir para o Marche (mercado) ao virar da esquina para selecionar o produto fresco de Provence ou a captura do dia e cozinhá-lo em casa. Menos de três minutos da estação ferroviária principal, onde você pode pegar um trem para St. Tropez, Antibes, Juan les Pins, Nice, Mónaco e Itália.
Se você alugar um carro, há um estacionamento coberto cerca de duas quadras de distância, perto da estação ferroviária. Você poderia dirigir para Grasse, a capital mundial do perfume; St Paul de Vence e Eze, entre as mais belas aldeias medievais. O Aeroporto Internacional de Nice é de cerca de 20 minutos de carro, ou você pode pegar o transfer do aeroporto e parar em Cannes a uma curta distância do apartamento.

I spent 3 nights with my 4 teenage boys at this location. Everything was in perfect condition. The sleeping accommodation was very comfortable, A/C in each bed room and living room. Two bathrooms with showers was great! Very quiet with great sound proofing from street noise. The WIFI worked great! Close walk to beach and shopping. Covered parking was available for pay 5 - 10 minutes away at $18. We found one place that would reduce the rates if booked online a day ahead. An actual stove would have been nice for food preparation, otherwise the kitchen was fully stocked (no food of course).
This is our second time staying here and it was just as perfect as it was the first time. Right in the heart of the city, walking distance to everything. Literally! Perfect working wifi, air conditioning, electric shades to block out early morning sun, plenty of space, comfy beds, and a stones throw from a charming farmers market that we visited daily. Landlord is super accommodating, responsive and helpful. Couldn't ask for more. We will absolutely stay again!

My wife and I have just spent seven weeks in this apartment and while the apartment is spacious and well located we did experienced numerous problems which made our stay rather unpleasant.
Firstly, we arrived at the apartment to find the building hidden behind a huge amount of scaffolding which was being used to replace the roof tiles. This building work meant that for a full three weeks we were continually harassed by constant banging and crashing.
We also experienced continuous hammering, power tools noises and related construction noises from other apartments in the block.
At 5am on our first morning we were suddenly awoken by a loud banging and crashing accompanied by loud voices. We soon found out that there is a fresh produce and clothes market just a few meters away at the top of the street and the stall owners arrive in their trucks at 5am six days a week.
Next sitting in our unit we were suddenly bombarded by hugely loud music from the apartment directly across the corridor from this apartment. I soon found out that a very large African guy who, I am told, is a bouncer at a local club lives in that apartment and likes really, really, really loud music !!
Every Friday and Saturday night the local drunks frequent this area yelling at one another at the top of their voices unit around 4.30 am!!
These apartments are structured such that one can clearly hear the next door neighbours walking up and down their stairs, opening doors and closing cupboards etc to such a point that it seemed like they were walking up and down your stairs.
Onto electronics, over a period of three days we kept losing our internet service and TV channels. I finally solved this problem by doing a cold boot, three times, of both the Internet supply modem and the TV set-top box. Then the TV box stopped responding to commands from the handset!!
We found the double bed in the Master Bedroom was so narrow that we just could not sleep in the thing. We solved the problem by pushing the single bed in that room up to the double bed and then making the two beds up as one large bed.
On a positive note the Apartment is spacious, bright, very clean, pleasantly decorated, well equipped and well located.
