Located on pristine Watauga Lake, you have access to 106 miles of shoreline and are surrounded by the Cherokee National Forest. The lake and mountain views from this cabin are spectacular.

The Tree House is the perfect place to 'escape' the daily grind and enjoy nature's beauty from the comfort of a well-equipped lakeside cabin. It is a short walk to the private, community marina where you can swim, tie up your own boat or jet ski or enjoy a 24 foot Bennington Fish and Cruise Pontoon, for rent exclusively by Tree House guests. You can be busy every minute, or simply sit by the water's edge and relax.
For those renting the pontoon, born after January 1, 1989, the state of Tennessee now requires:
Tennessee residents to pass a boater education exam administered by an approved representative of the TWRA.
Out of state residents are required to show proof of successful completion of a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators ( NASBLA) approved boating safety course, from their home state, or any state.

Pet Policy: Well behaved pets are welcome with an extra security deposit of $150, and an additional $25 cleaning fee. Pets must be spayed or neutered, current on all vaccines and treated with some form of topical flee treatment, like Frontline, one week prior to arrival.
