Welcome to the beach house! This property has an ideal floor plan with plenty of areas to spread out or come together as a group. It features an open kitchen and living room on the second (main) floor which opens to two screened porches, offering a delightful indoor and outdoor gathering space!
The kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality cookware, dishware, ample cooking utensils, flatware and serving dishes. This cooks' kitchen features stainless steel appliances, double ovens, large refrigerator, granite counters, and an Amish made custom dining table that expands to seat 12 (additional seating at the island and picnic table on adjoining porch. The main floor also features a queen master bedroom, ideal location for the early risers in your group!
The third floor has three spacious bedrooms, including a king master, 2 queen bedrooms and an open den/living area with a queen sleeper sofa. You'll also enjoy two outdoor decks, one in full sun so you can work on your tan without the sand! A large double-sink bathroom with tub/shower combo is on this level.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (1 full-size bed and 3 twin beds). The other bedroom features a queen bed (new in 2022) and two twin beds. These bedrooms share a large bathroom with tub/shower combo. The laundry room is also on this level and features a high-efficiency washer and dryer with extra-large load capacity.
The 2-car garage has been converted into a game area and has: ping pong, pool table, foosball, double hoop basketball game, painted chalkboard wall, space for our 8-10 adult beach cruiser bikes, and corn hole game. Have extra food or drinks? A second refrigerator has been added for your convenience.
Other amenities include upgraded high-speed internet, assortment of games, puzzles, sand toys, books, and two residential parking passes (required May 15-September 15). We also offer a linen service (sheets and bath towels) for an additional fee, but guests may opt out and bring their own. (Let owner know if you are interested in this service.)
Pets (i.e. dogs) are considered on a case-by-case basis. They must be at least 2 years old and housebroken. Please inquire with owner. If approved, a pet fee applies.
The house is in easy walking distance to numerous restaurants, WaWa convenience store, trolley stop, (#11), and the Nature Center with a small play ground. A Giant (with Starbucks) and Weis grocery store are about 1.5 miles away. A large playground is located in Ocean View, about a mile away.
As you see in the photos, the house is beautifully furnished and has amenities that will appeal to guests of all ages!
