1 - ENCONTRAMOS O TRITURADOR DA PIA QUEBRADO. 2 - FALTOU COLOCAR UMA CAMA COMPLETA A MAIS.---- FOMOS EM 11 PESSOAS. 3 - OBS.: O QUE FOI DEIXADO FOI O SOFÁ CAMA, POREM AS PESSOAS NÃO DORMEM NO MESMO HORÁRIO, QUEREM JOGAR CARTAS, ASSISTIR TELEVISÃO ETC...., NÃO É POSSÍVEL CONSIDERAR O SOFÁ DA SALA COMO CAMA.. 4 - FOI BOM.

Never will rent again or use Vrbo

We drove 19 hours from Wisconsin. When we got to the house there were ants on the counters and bathrooms. Then we got up the next day wanting to use the pool and the pool was closed due to the property was fixing the roof on the clubhouse. When I messaged the owner I was told that is out of his control which I think is BS causw usually the management place will tell you when they are doing something to the property. (The only good thing was he had access to a property down the street and few miles and we got to use that pool). It would had been nice to just be able to walk over. The property needs a lot of work and the cleaning team needs to do better cause the washer was nasty. The hot tub in the back never warmed up. All around after the second day I was ready to go home which sucked after driving 19 hours and paying the amount we did. Never again wish I was able to post pictures and videos.... Not sure when the last time this owner has been at there property but they should probably go check it out. And when I called VRBO they did nothing to really help. But offer us $100.

Just okay.

Cost effective title doesn't spell it out enough. Numerous issues that would cause us not to return. Dirty floors, dirty dishes, broken blender, broken tiles in the master bath ( which my wife cut her foot on ) community pool disgusting, bathroom towel racks held up with double stick tape. I took photos of everything but unfortunately it won't let me post them. Also would have been nice to know they were redoing the roofs and work would start every morning at 6am. Nothing like a relaxing vacation listening to men yelling and air nailing thousands of nails in. I understand roofs need to be replaced but common curtesy would be a message to let us know prior to booking that work would be getting done. I work incredibly hard and thought it would be a nice relaxing vacation. Next time I will just stay at a hotel.

Great potential, needs some changes.

Plenty of space and location was good for the proximity to stores and the parks. The downfalls were the cleanliness of the property, while the house was tidy it was definitely not clean. A lot of dust on surfaces and although the owner did respond and send out the management company to do another cleaning not much had changed. So I don't think it's so much a matter of a bad owner as maybe the management company lacks the attention to detail. Also a lot in the house needs updating. Cracked tiles in the master bathroom, a broken dresser and most of the beds are not in the greatest shape. The dishwasher also comes out when opened. Like my title said it has great potential if someone takes the time and initiative to update a few things and replace others.
