Beautiful view!

The view was perfect! It was a good size and had everything we needed. We were a little worried about getting all the check-out instructions right since they were so specific, but overall we loved it! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful views!

The place was really nice, the view was wonderful!! However, the checkin location is no where near the condo. After locating it, we learned that we had to pay an additional $30 per automobile just to park in the condo parking lot. What? Okay, after getting past that. We get into the condo, to learn, there is no toilet paper or trash bags, I mean I am all about bringing a lot of my own things, but really? Even at a hotel, they supply that! Also, there was construction going on, to the indoor pool, and we were not notified of that.

The place was nice, I enjoyed the time there with my family, but I just feel that with the amount of money we paid to stay here, some things should gave been different!!

Resposta do proprietário: Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate all feedback, both good and bad, as an important tool for improving our rental. We have over 60 properties and there is no way we can be at so many different locations to check our guests in. We have an office, which is on the way to all of our properties, where guests come to check in. It is not out of the way. This is typical of businesses with multiple properties and check-in information, office address and directions are sent to the guests prior to arrival. It is also stated in the rental terms for guests to read prior to booking. We do provide a starter kit with roll of toilet paper, mini bath soap and mini hand soap for each bathroom, as well as roll of paper towel, coffee filters, dish washing liquid and liners in each trash can. Anything beyond that is the guest's responsibility and we do not provide consumable items. The fact that you didn't have toilet paper was purely an oversight. I wish you had called me right away, we would have run it over to you. The parking fee is charged by the Condo Association (not us) and the parking passes are purchased and paid directly to the condo association at the security booth at the entrance to the property. This is also stated in the rental terms for the guests to read prior to booking. We did not realize the pool was still under construction and we apologize for that inconvenience. As much as the Condo Assn does their best to keep all owners informed of any repairs and maintenance going on at the property, we are all at the mercy of the contractors and the weather, which can contribute to delays in construction schedules. Again, we apologize, but only the indoor pool was under repair. The outdoor pool was open. During the check-in process, we encourage all of our guests to please call us with any problems or concerns during their stay, so that we can deal with issues right away, and not wait until after they leave.

Best view!!

The condo was by far one of the best places we have stayed. We go every year and nothing has compared to this condo. All rooms have access to the wrap around deck, we were not expecting this so it was an added bonus, our kids loved that they had their own access. We’ve stayed in Gulf Shores several times but this was our first in Orange Beach, we will definitely be back!!

We have stayed at many units, but this was one of our favorites!

The wrap around balcony made this stay more enjoyable! The condo location was great and very convenient to restaurants and grocery. The condo decor was wonderful! If there was an option to purchase any of the furnishings, we would have spent the money. The grounds are well maintained and cleaned on a daily basis. The 24 hour security was an added safety bonus, although the area is safe to walk around. The keyless entry system is very convenient. The code is not easy to remember, but you can put it in your phone to for reference. The batteries stopped working and the alarm to the code pad went out. I called and someone was out to replace them in a quick amount of time. We will without a doubt, be returning sometime in the future. Great view, location, condo and communication! Thanks for a memorable stay! We will be back!

Lovely View from the 14th Floor

This is our second stay at Bluewater and rented this 14th floor east end unit. It was a well furnished condominium with an unexpected surprise...an second ice maker easily filling coolers for trips to the beach. We loved the view and the openness of the end unit. We enjoyed sunrises and dolphins throughout the week. Both the condo and complex were in great conditioned and we'll maintained. Enjoyed breakfast at Anot her Broken Egg and dinners at Lamberts, Moes BBQ, Lunas and the Cactus Cantina. All are terrific.
