Nosso primeiro andar villa no coração de Sea Pines foi completamente renovado, com novo piso telha de pedra, móveis, bancadas em granito e 3 televisões de ecrã plano. Nós podemos acomodar confortavelmente 4-6 convidados com uma cama king size no quarto principal, duas camas de solteiro no segundo quarto e um sofá-cama.
O condomínio está localizado ao longo do nono buraco do campo de Oceano com uma caminhada de 5 minutos da praia ea 3 minutos a pé para os campos de golfe e para o mar Ponto de Heron. Nossos hóspedes podem aproveitar a piscina no local (com piscina infantil).
Miles de caminhos sinuosos são facilmente acessíveis aos ciclistas, caminhantes e corredores como eles desfrutar da beleza do mar Pines. Harbour Town (Verizon Heritage PGA Torneio) e South Beach (Salty Dog Cafe) são apenas de curta ou de bicicleta bonde passeios de distância.
John was very helpful and responded to our phone calls quickly. The villa was very convenient to the beach and the golf course. It was very clean and appeared to have new furniture. We would definitely stay here again.
Everything we needed for a relaxing vacation with our family. We enjoyed golf, kayaking and biking. Great reasonable restaurants nearby. No need to leave Sea Pines.
Villa was clean and up to date. 1st floor with patio was a plus.
This was our 6th winter in this condo and it was as enjoyable as the first year. It is centrally located to all the Sea Pines attractions and everything is just a walk or bike ride away. The new beach house is fantastic and the new golf clubhouse is beautiful. The Heron Golf Course was completely redone this year and should be a fantastic experience for all you golfers. You can walk to the clubhouse with ease from this condo. If you can't walk the distance to the beach (10 minutes) you can take the trolley which picks you up right at the driveway of the condo building. All in all a great place to vacation for every age and the owner, John, is wonderful to work with. He keeps on top of anything needed in the condo. Thanks again John for yet another wonderful winter. Hopefully back again next year!
I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice escape to a lovely area. We traveled with our two young adult children and we certainly had plenty of space for the four of us. Well, what can I say that I have not already said...
It is perfectly located, very clean, very organized and lotsa things to do in HHI.
It is 5 minutes from the beach. Bike trails everywhere, golfing everywhere, shopping everywhere... It is a super place to go to and the condo is perfect.
Take a night bike ride to either Harbour Town or South Beach... It is worth it.
Bottom line... Mr O'Connell is a great owner, very easy and pleasant to work with... And I will see him again next year.. 😊😊😊😊😊
If you area l@@king for a clean, spacious, well kept, excellently laid out condo, then look no further. The owners are EXCELLENT to work with. This condo is centrally located to Sea Pines Beach Club and the Golf Club. It is a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Only minutes away to Harbor Town and/South Beach. The eateries we frequently visit is Marleys, Crazy Crab, Giuseppi's Pizza, Scull Creek, Bone Fish Grill. And if you like eating in, his kitchen is loaded with everything you need. Your skills around the kitchen is all you need. The master bedroom is HUGE. My daughters had enough space in their room. Great people in HHI and very helpful and nice. You have Piggy Wiggly, Publix, Harris Teeter, SAMs, Wal-Mart for super markets. There are endless boutique's in Coligny Plaza and around the island.
