Our "Ahornhöhe" can be reached via a bridge from the parking lot at ground level. It is one of three tree houses in our Aerzen tree house hotel in the Weserbergland. The Ahornhöhe has a living space of approx. 39 m². The first thing you notice is the spacious terrace of approx. 15 m², which invites you to linger. In the tree house you will find a spacious bathroom for the disabled, a small kitchenette with a fridge, which can also be used for food and drinks you have brought with you.
In addition to the double bed, an additional comfortable sofa bed allows up to 4 people to stay in the tree house. Since it is not absolutely possible to do without a television these days, but we did not want to present it in the tree house, we hid it in the wall. If necessary, it can be swung forward.
When it came to planning the tree houses, it was clear to us that at least one of the tree houses had to be accessible and equipped as far as possible. To reach the tree house, the considerations at the time went from a lifting device via a stair lift to the built bridge. A barrier-free bathroom with the necessary equipment was a matter of course. After I found out that we can have our tree house certified, I submitted the application as soon as possible. After successfully passing the exams, we can now carry this award.
