Come unwind at our beautiful waterfront home, located in the Texas Hill Country on 25 acres. Not only do we offer privacy, but the relaxation and comfort that you, your family and friends deserve. Along with breathtaking lake views, from nearly every room in the home, we offer fishing in our fully stocked pond, basketball, washer boards, childrens swing set, lake chairs and canopy and even a porch swing for you to relax in. We have pet goats and donkeys that the children can feed. We pride ourselves in being a "Family Friendly" property. For those interested in Texas style "Bar-B-Q", we have a large custom built-in smoker, a covered outdoor kitchen and an oversized fire pit (with wood provided).
Should you choose to venture off of the property, you are within minutes of floating the Guadalupe river, attending an amazing concert at "Whitewater" or visiting historic "Gruene Hall", touring the Canyon Lake Gorge, spending the day at Schlitterbahn Water Park, Sea World or Six Flags San Antonio. There are many area boutiques, antique shops and even the San Marcos Outlet Mall. If you are a 'wine connoisseur'', enjoy one of the many area wineries which are only a short drive away.

Update: We do have an outdoor security camera located on the upper deck facing the
main entrance into the home. This will be turned off during your stay.

For an additional fee, we will allow small intimate weddings. The maximum number of additional guests allowed is 40. The fee is $550.00 with a $1500.00 refundable security deposit. This fee will be to rent the outside grounds only and will not be part of the home rental. Please contact Jill for additional information.
