Location of the house
Welcome to the apartments of Casa Rocca Bella! The house has four cozy apartments (one and three rooms). The Casa Rocca Bella is located in Ticino (Switzerland) on the southern slope of Monte Verità, about 70m above the center of Ascona in a quiet location. From the center of the house via a Treppenfussweg in 10 minutes walk. Access via the road is only permitted for residents and holiday guests. The public, free parking and the bus stop of the local bus (Buxi) are located about 50 meters from the house. Access to the house and apartments via stairs. All four apartments of the house can be found under the numbers 2061912, 2067910, 2067961, 2067963.

attic
Bright, cozy three-room apartment with large sun terrace (90 m2) and fantastic views over Ascona, the lake and the surrounding mountain ranges. On the terrace, which surrounds three sides of the apartment, grill, table and deck chairs are available. Direct access to the terrace from all rooms. Living room with panoramic window, fireplace, dining table and sofa bed. Two double bedrooms. Bathroom with washbasin and shower, separate toilet with sink.

outdoor facilities
Behind the house invites a large fenced garden (800 m2), surrounded by trees and palm trees with granite table, granite bench and barbecue area to linger. This completely enclosed garden with ping-pong table, climbing tower with slide, swing and sandpit is also an ideal playground for children.

Ascona and surroundings
Ticino with its Mediterranean charm is the sunshine of Switzerland. Ascona is wonderful for relaxing, swimming in Lake Maggiore (sandy beach) and hiking in the surrounding mountains and valleys. The area offers a variety of cultural events, such as the Locarno Moon & Stars Film Festival and Music Festival or the Ascona Jazz Festival and Music Festival. Whether for children, young or older adults - Ascona and the surrounding area has something for everyone!
