The apartment is located overlooking one of the salt lakes. The Mediterranean is about 2.5km and the nearest beach in Torrevieja about 3.5km away. Many other beaches along the coast invite you to linger. From much excitement to seclusion or fine sand to rocks everything is there.

The apartment is about 62m² in size with a 40m² roof terrace. With its 3 bedrooms it can accommodate up to 6 people.

Winter Garden:
The conservatory on the balcony offers an additional living space, for example as a dining room. The fold-out table accommodates 6 people - ideal for breakfast at sunrise or even for game nights. - A ceiling fan provides the necessary cooling in warm outdoor temperatures.

Living room:
The cozy couch invites you to cuddle up, watch TV or socialize. Two comfortable swing chairs to read or just to relax. - Air conditioning and ceiling fan ensure a pleasant climate in midsummer.

The place in the sun is above the apartment: The roof terrace offers a wonderful view over the salt lake and the roofs of the complex as well as the night view of Torrevieja. - Two seating areas and a lounger are available to the user to enjoy the sun. If the sun is too hot, a parasol and awning are available for protection. - For a possible cooling or the first cleaning after the beach the outdoor shower with shower shower can be used, also with warm water. For drying towels and bathing clotheslines are curious. If it rains, the clothesline can be used in the staircase to the roof terrace. - The charcoal grill allows cozy barbecues over the roofs of Los Balcones.

Bedroom 1:
The French bed with 150cm width and 190cm length invites you to relax. - A second TV offers the opportunity to watch the favorite movie before the night's sleep. - The built-in wardrobe and bedside tables offer plenty of storage space. Above the door is a luggage rack on which the luggage can be stowed. - The ceiling fan provides the necessary air circulation. - The room is facing the street. It is a side street where only residents drive.

Bedroom 2:
Equipped with two single beds, 80cm wide and 200cm long, can sleep two people. - The chest of drawers and bedside cabinets provide ample storage space. Above the door is a luggage rack on which the luggage can be stowed. - The ceiling fan provides the necessary air circulation. The room faces the courtyard.

Bedroom 3:
Access to the 3. Bedroom leads across the roof terrace. Equipped with a French bed, about 140cm wide and 190cm long, it can accommodate 2 people. - Two tall cabinets provide ample storage space for clothing.
