This stylish villa is located on the outskirts of Cala Santanyí and only 80 m from the beach. It is characterised by its beautiful and unusual round construction, which extends over three levels.

The villa is divided into three floors: on the ground floor there are two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor is the bright and open living-dining area with adjoining kitchen and direct access to the terrace with a dream view of the sea. The terrace is the ideal place for a leisurely breakfast or to enjoy a romantic dinner with sea view in the evening. You might even hear the sound of the sea. The spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower is located on the 2nd floor. From here you have a panoramic view of the whole bay of Cala Santanyí and wake up every morning to a deep blue horizon.
All 3 bedrooms have a similar layout and are furnished with a queen-size bed. One of the beds can also be converted into two single beds. In addition, the villa has air conditioning hot/cold and heating, so that the it is also suitable for the cooler days of the year.
A swimming pool with sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols make it a perfect place to spend your relaxing moments. Right next to the pool, there is a barbecue area with a large table for cozy evenings to spend with your family on vacation.
It’s a great place for couples and families. You will find parking spaces in front of the house on the street.

The beach of Cala Santanyi is only 80m walking distance from the villa. You can reach everything important for your holiday in just a few walking steps. There are several recommended restaurants at the beach, and two small supermarkets nearby for quick purchases. For a bigger grocery shopping we recommend to drive to the next town, Santanyí.

Air conditioning is available at Villa Redonda from April to October. There is a daily fee of 15€ for the use of this amenity. The cost of using the air conditioning will be charged by the agency.

What is in the villa?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. IMPORTANT!
The guest is obliged to take out damage insurance through the agency to cover risks up to 5.000€ on the object. According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit.
