Europapark C7 2-4p - Two Bedroom Resort, Sleeps 4

A spacious park located in the Altenaud valley, surrounded by the Teutoburg Forest, the Eggegebirge mountains and the Sauerland. The park is built on a southern slope and is approximately 250 km from Arnhem. It consist of 52 stone bungalows. Location, space and vegetation ensure lots of privacy. The car park is free and has two parking lots. Your holiday home is simple and easy to reach, just 25 meters from the parking lot. In the central building of the park (completely renovated in the autumn of 2005) you'll find a reception and laundry. There is a cafe-restaurant where you can eat well for very little money. The park also has a field for soccer and volleyball plus a mini-golf course. For the children there is a separate playground. 2km away, in the village of Atteln, there is a beautiful and unique heated chlorine-free (!) natural pool with separate deep and shallow ends as well as children`s pool. The park itself has no pool. The natural pool is via a short route and is easy to reach.

The layout consists of a hall, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, a cozy living room with sitting area, dining area, radio with CD player and a color TV with DVD player. Most of Ned's reception is via the satellite dish. channels and regional channels.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner gas stove, combination microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, kettle, coffee maker and also has a complete inventory.
The house has central heating.
There are two bedrooms, the 1st bedroom has a double box-spring bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 x 200. All beds have 1 pers. mattresses and duvets. Duvets are sufficiently available.
The south-facing terrace offers a great view over the Altenau valley and the village of Husen and is equipped with adjustable garden chairs, there are also sufficient cushions. The terrace is completely secluded by trees and shrubs. You can really relax and enjoy nature here! In short, a pleasantly furnished holiday home with a fantastic view!

The countryside of Husen contains natural forests and lots of fresh air! Maps of the area are available at the reception desk. Various walks can be started right from the park. In the built-up environment there are additional cycling paths. In Buren - (12km away) there is a Jesuit church with magnificent wall and ceiling paintings from the Italian school. The church, with its baroque facade, dates back to the first half of the 18th century (1750). Maria Vermahlung on the ceiling is a perspective perfection! Arolsen - (35km away) - has the baroque "Versailles of Hesse" (Schloss Arolsen), many avenues and one of the most beautiful city scapes in Germany. The Residenzschloss, where Queen Emma was raised, is a good example. It is a great place to visit. The Wewelsburg - (12km) - is a Renaissance palace. It has 3 towers in a perfectly equal triangular shape. Very special. The Wewelsburg was used as Nazi stronghold during the war ('40-'45). Himmler, leader of the SS, used it as the final headquarters for his generals. Fort Fun - (58km) - is a magnificent western / adventure park. More than 40 spectacular rides in a large area in the Sauerland. Young and old can enjoy a great day. Approximately 55 kilometers south of Husen there are the higher slopes of the famous ski resorts of Germany: Winterberg and Willingen. In short, all the ingredients are present, including a fantastic rural environment, for a wonderful holiday for both young & old.

The characteristics of this limited allergy-free home are:
- All furniture is short-pile and impregnated
- There are several ventilation points in the house.
- The bedding is regularly hung outside.
- The mattresses are regularly turned over.
- Partially allergen-proof mattress covers are used.
- The floors are regularly cleaned with a dry floor wiper.
- The floor covering consists of linoleum and laminate and in winter a short pile carpet.
You are advised to bring your own:
- Dust mite-resistant duvet covers and / or pillowcases.

Business bookings are not allowed, only recreational stays are accepted.
