Nós sempre viajamos com nossos amigos e seus filhos.

Nós nunca poderia encontrar um imóvel que tinha suítes idênticas e sempre teve de chamar quem ficará com o quarto menor ..... nossa casa é perfeita para duas famílias.

Temos duas suítes idênticas, bem como dois quartos com duas camas queen size cada.

A praia e piscina estão bem na frente do apartamento, a marina com os seus restaurantes e barcos está a 2 minutos a pé. Um campo de golfe Jack Nicklaus assinatura, Punta Espada é uma unidade de 5 minutos.

Somos membros do clube e OFERECER PRIVILEDEGS convidado para nossos clientes, INCLUINDO VERDES taxas reduzidas.

WE são membros da Caletón BEACH CLUB (dirigida por Eden Rock) e os nossos hóspedes são bem-vindos (FREE).

Nós amamos fazer passeios à noite na marina para ver qual barcos entrou e olhar para a captura do dia.

Beautiful condo on a quiet area of Cap Cana

The unit is in a very well kept area of Cap Cana with a beautiful view of the ocean, palm trees and pool. The grounds are very well kept including the two beautiful pools that provided chaise lounges and umbrellas. We were there during the off season and pretty much had one whole pool to ourselves many times during our stay. The location allowed us easy access to Scape Park and its cenotes, as well as the Bavarre and Juanillo Beach areas, and the few restaurants in the marina and AlSol luxury village areas. The availability of the Caleton Beach Club and Eden Roc facilities was also a nice add on to the stay- likely one of the best beaches we visited. We had two small cars and it worked very well instead of taking taxis. The condo is well equipped for two families-two master bedrooms and two regular bedrooms (we had 4 adults and 4 kids so it was just perfect!). We did not realize that the fitness center in the AcquaMarina was an additional charge. We would have liked if it was added into the rental. We also noted that the kitchen cabinets are starting to show their age and would suggest a good scrubbing (although, we acknowledge some of it is also likely just due to salt in the air which is typical with units near the water). All in all, we would recommend staying at this beautiful condo and appreciate the timely responses by the unit owners, Roni and Josh, before and during our stay!

Amazing! BEST VACATION EVER. This is our third consecutive year staying at this beautiful condo. The accommodations are very luxurious, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The maid comes in daily and is definitely an added pleasure. After relaxing at the beach or pool, you come back to a spotless apartment just like the first day you arrived. The apartment is beachfront and the view is just beautiful. There are several pools right in front and lounge chairs and umbrellas are always available anytime of day. A concierge service is available and will assist with any accommodations like booking a day trip, parasailing, horseback riding, etc. There’s an added perk that you have with this condo it's the use of the Caleton Beach Club. This is definitely one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to. The sand is like white powder and there are beds for your use. It’s just heavenly. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo!!!

Great location, great condo and amazing owners.

8 of us, 4 adults and 4 kids recently stayed in the Cap Cana condo for 9 nights and had a terrific time. The condo has a terrific layout. 2 master suites and 2 smaller bedrooms each with two full size beds and every bedroom has it's own bathroom. It was a perfect set-up because every person has their own bed. There is also two huge patios with SONOS speakers system, we used them extensively during the evening.

It was low season while we were there and every day felt like we had the place to ourselves, whether it was the pool or the restaurants we visited. The entire CapCana community has many activities to immerse yourself into. I highly recommend doing homework before you go because sometimes getting accurate info can be tough, especially during low season. Everywhere within the community you can take a $3 taxi ride (each way) to any restaurant, the beach club Scape Park (A Must!) or the grocery store. It is a terrific amenity. Although as soon as you leave the community regular taxi rates apply. The local grocery store has small items, we definitely recommend visiting the grocery store by the airport for your larger ticket items and fresh food.

The Eden Roc Beach, Sanctuary Cap area and the Fisherman Village are all definite musts. Especially the Beach Club, the resort is amazing, the beaches are perfect, you can eat lunch, relax by the pool or walk around the grounds.

They set-up golf for my brother and I at the Punta Espada golf club. If you play golf, don't miss out on the amazing layout, tremendous facilities, friendly caddies, and the views from almost every hole. Maybe bring a few extra golf balls.

Two things to note: the fitness facilities whether in AquaMarina or at Eden Roc cost money to visit each day. The AquaMarina facility sells a week pass if you are interested. Also, make a note of where the restaurants are located and their hours. Within the marina there is only a 1-2 restaurants and they are a little pricey. Having breakfast and lunch at the condo was perfect because if we had to rely on getting a restaurant every morning that would have been a challenge.

The owners really take a lot of pride in their unit. We had a small issue during our stay which was unavoidable and they called me from their overseas trip to ensure we were still enjoying ourselves.

My daughter is already asking when can we return. We had a great relaxing time and I am sure you will as well.

You will not go wrong with choosing this beautiful, charming and privacy of four bedrooms for you and your loved ones. My family enjoyed the comfort that the staff provided since the moment we arrived. The owners were quick to response to small situation that occurred but quickly resolved. Only questions is how quickly we can return and stay here again!!!

Beautiful condo with amazing view!!

We just returned from our six night stay at the Podell's condo at the Cap Cana Resort and had a wonderful time! The accommodations were perfect for our group of 8....plenty of room for everyone to spread out! The maid did a great job of keeping the condo clean and even did our laundry! We spent a lot of time at Api's down on the beach and Nester did an amazing job of taking care of us and making all of us feel at home. We took advantage of the 3 dollar cab rides and went to the Fishing Lodge a few times for shopping and dinner and we also went Little Jon's and spent the afternoon on Juanillo Beach. Thank you Josh and Roni for opening your incredible home to us!! We are looking forward to coming back to this beautiful paradise!!!
