Nós sempre viajamos com nossos amigos e seus filhos.

Nunca poderíamos encontrar uma propriedade que possuíssemos quartos mestres idênticos e sempre tivemos que desenhar quem receberá o menor espaço ..... nossa casa é perfeita para duas famílias.

Temos dois quartos master idênticos, bem como dois quartos adicionais com duas camas queen size cada.

A praia e a piscina estão bem em frente ao apartamento, a marina com restaurantes e barcos a 2 minutos a pé. Um campo de golfe de assinatura Jack Nicklaus, Punta Espada fica a 5 minutos de carro.

Great Vacation!

This was our second visit to the property, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views from the unit are fantastic, and the furnishings and décor are top notch. The beach and pools outside the condo are great, and the ability to access the Caleton Beach Club is a big plus. Have the housekeeper doing the laundry and dishes daily adds to the relaxation. The owners are very hands on, work quickly to answer questions and to make sure you are completely happy before and during your stay. Highly recommend!

Aquamarina Josh Roni

The unit is outstanding, even better than the photos. The owners are incredibly responsive and go to extraordinary lengths to ensure your trip goes smoothly. Their representative on site is always available to address any issues. The unit can be supplied with children's toys, cribs etc. Overall you could not ask for a better unit or hosts.

As is frequently mentioned in reviews about Capcana the entire area is somewhat deserted. So if you are looking for lots of action this is not the spot. That said, there is a great beach bar about a 5 minute walk from the unit called Api's. The food is quite good and it has a nice beach, a small swimming pool and a few play structures. It made a pleasant outing with small children. About a 10 minute drive away, either by car or golf cart, is a pleasant area with a few restaurants, bars and two or three shops. Again this area is deserted but it makes for a pleasant outing.

The unit comes with passes to Eden Roc Beach Club which is about a 15 minute drive. This is well worth doing. It is part of a small luxury hotel. The sand is very nice, they provide beach chairs and drinks on the beach. There have a Relais et Chateaux restaurant which has excellent, albeit expensive, food.

The beach in front of the condo itself is expansive, however when we were there it was very windy and some of the sand seemed to have blown away revealing a hard surface underneath, (perhaps this beach is man made or maybe the winds just move the sand around?)

The unit is about a 15 to 20 minute drive from the airport. The roads are excellent and we found the driving to be easy and effortless; so despite what some reviews say, i would not hesitate at all to rent a car. It is very safe to drive.

We rented bikes and those were fun to have as the tires are wide so you can use them on the beach. We also rented golf carts. Unfortunately the cart company proved somewhat unreliable. Delivery of the carts was a day late, and they broke down more than once and replacements were slow to arrive. Again the condo management worked tirelessly to rectify the cart situation even though it was not their problem.

Overall, if you are looking for a quieter vacation you will not find a better unit or condo hosts than Roni and Josh.

Outstanding condo: has it all

We stayed here with a large family group.

Condo: exceptionally well laid out, with each of the four bedrooms very generous and all en-suite. The open plan living area is perfect for all, with lounging/ reading area/ breakfast bar and smaller dining table. There are two large more open areas also, one with a large circular table that we used most nights in for al fresco dining.

Architectural touches abound mean you really feel at home here, and overall the layout of the large four bedrooms means that we were exceptionally comfortable and enjoyed every minute of being in the apartment.

The housekeeper meant that after a day of beach and/ or golf the house was spotless.

The location is perfect. In front of the condo and 30 seconds walk is a beautiful beach as well as a series of pools. We went to Eden Roc and used the beach club access that came with the rental on a regular basis also. Would highly recommend for a very well serviced and idyllic beach.

A few of us also played a few rounds of golf at Punta Espada - a top draw course rated as the best in the Caribbean. A beautiful and challenging course overall. The owners arranged for us to play as their guests, which represented a significant reduction in the green fees.

Overall a really fantastic experience. We will certainly be returning in the near future and are already recommending the condo and overall experience to friends and family.

Gorgeous property on a beautiful, serene, and uncrowded beach

Our family of 8 adults stayed in Josh and Roni's condo for a week this past January. We could not have been more pleased! Their condo is beautiful and pictures just don't do it justice. The condo is quite large. It has two identical master bedrooms that are very big. Each of the master bedrooms also has an outside communal area. One of the bedrooms leads out into a sitting area with a couch and two chairs, and it is a perfect place from which to watch the sunrise and beach. Although it's adjacent to a master bedroom, it is also accessible from the main living room/dining area, so it doesn't "belong" to the master bedroom. Although my husband and I stayed in the master, the outside area was used by all to relax and gaze out into the beach. The other master bedroom leads out into an open dining area (as shown in the first picture). Our family used this dining area for our large meals, and used the inside dining area for breakfasts, etc.

As for the other two bedrooms, they are also quite spacious, although naturally not as large as the masters. The bathrooms in ALL bedrooms are very big and spacious, and each bedroom has its own AC control. This works out really nicely so people don't fight over the thermostat!

The beach area is also very beautiful. We spent a lot of time at Api Beach, which is the nicest of the three bays right in front of the condo and is next to a restaurant from which we ordered drinks and snacks regularly. The only downside to the beach in the two other bays is that there was quite a lot of seaweed while we were there, but fortunately it gets cleaned out. This might be a seasonal thing, but I am not sure. Api beach does not have seaweed, so that was very nice.

We also visited Eden Roc beach club, and that was wonderful! The beach club is beautiful. Access is included as part of the rental. We would recommend making at least one visit there. They have wonderful food and lounging areas and a gorgeous beach (although there are some strong waves, and it was not as tranquil as Api Beach).

Overall our stay in the condo was WONDERFUL. We honestly felt like we had the whole beach out in front to ourselves--quite a different experience than, say, Bavaro beach. The condo is impeccable, beautifully decorated, and Josh and Roni's attention to detail is amazing. The condo has everything you need and more and will make for an unforgettable family vacation. We hope to go back! Roni and Josh are wonderful people to rent from!

Awesome Views

Excellent location with incredible views for fishing out of Cap Cana. Condo had everything we needed and very clean. API restaurant cooked our fish everyday and is an excellent place to drink or eat. Will absolutely stay here again. Owner and concierge made it very simple .

Beautiful condo on a quiet area of Cap Cana

The unit is in a very well kept area of Cap Cana with a beautiful view of the ocean, palm trees and pool. The grounds are very well kept including the two beautiful pools that provided chaise lounges and umbrellas. We were there during the off season and pretty much had one whole pool to ourselves many times during our stay. The location allowed us easy access to Scape Park and its cenotes, as well as the Bavarre and Juanillo Beach areas, and the few restaurants in the marina and AlSol luxury village areas. The availability of the Caleton Beach Club and Eden Roc facilities was also a nice add on to the stay- likely one of the best beaches we visited. We had two small cars and it worked very well instead of taking taxis. The condo is well equipped for two families-two master bedrooms and two regular bedrooms (we had 4 adults and 4 kids so it was just perfect!). We did not realize that the fitness center in the AcquaMarina was an additional charge. We would have liked if it was added into the rental. We also noted that the kitchen cabinets are starting to show their age and would suggest a good scrubbing (although, we acknowledge some of it is also likely just due to salt in the air which is typical with units near the water). All in all, we would recommend staying at this beautiful condo and appreciate the timely responses by the unit owners, Roni and Josh, before and during our stay!
