Mobiliário novo tropical marca. Desfrute de acordar de manhã com uma xícara de café Kona a partir de sua varanda privada com vista para o fairway 6 do campo de golfe.  Dê um mergulho na piscina do outro lado da rua, ou testar suas habilidades na quadra de tênis.  Almoçar no Restaurante Spikes então golfe em Waikoloa Village Golf Club em frente com as nossas taxas de proprietários de desconto.  (Sinta-se livre para usar nossos clubes).  Em seguida, volta para a va para um Mai Tai e apreciar o pôr do sol lindo!

Nice and affordable condo.

My family of six and I stayed here for a week in June 2016. We had a great experience. We flew into Kona and stopped at Costco in Kona right after landing at the Kona airport. We loaded up with groceries and made our journey to the condo about 35 minutes away. We love saving money and the full kitchen and Costco helped us do that! The condo was very clean and had a vacation feel to it with all of it's beach type décor. We loved the fact that we had a washer/dryer in the unit as we were able to pack less clothing to take on vacation as well as we returned home with clean clothes! The two full baths were great as it made getting ready for our daily outings less time consuming. Since we had 7 staying at the condo we were happy there was a sleeper sofa in the main living area. Family members that used it said the mattress on the sleeper sofa was surprisingly comfy. We found the location to be very convenient to a gas station, grocery store and convenience store, all of which we used often, not to mention the many beaches in the area. The only thing we would add to the condo would be one or two more large fans, as the condo is not air-conditioned. We would definitely consider staying here again.

excellent, clean, beautiful

This is an excellent Condo and we would enjoy staying there again and again. It has a beautiful, large Lanai with ocean view. It was quiet and comfortable with attractive bright colors and modern design. We would recommend that people who are taller stay in the downstairs bedroom. For persons over 5'8" tall they would have to duck their head in several places when climbing the stairs and walking from the upstairs room to the upstairs bathroom.

perfect location

The central location away from the busy resorts and cities was great. 10 to 15 minutes from the best Kohala beaches. With the new cut off road to SaddleBack road, the trip to Hilo and Volcanos was cut by at least 15 minutes. The condo layout was perfect for us and the view to the ocean was wonderful. We saw several green flashes from the lanai and loved watching the birds on the golf course and even the golfers when we were at the condo.

It was well supplied and close to a market and gas station and some nice restaurants. We didn't find some of them until the last day because they are tucked in the corner not facing the parking lot but well worth finding.

Excellent location, excellent stay!

My family and I had an amazing time! It was walking distance to the grocer store, restaurants and a stones throw away from the swimming pool. We had a total of 5 people stay and there was plenty of room. My two daughters loved being a short walk to the pool. We also all enjoyed watching the sunset from the deck each night.

We were able to save a lot of money thanks to the full kitchen! We are not golfers but if we were I can't imagine a better place as it backs to the golf course.

The place was very clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Great place, really enjoyed our time there!

We truly enjoyed our stay, there was 5 of us and we had plenty of room! The location was walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and only a rocks throw away from the pool. Our kids had so much fun and we saved a lot of money by having the full kitchen to make our own meals at. The place was very clean and well taken care of. We also really enjoyed watching the sun set from the balcony. We are not golfers but if we were, I can't imagine a better place as it bordered the golf course!

Nice and clean property.

We spent a week here in December 2015. The property was as advertised on the site, the pictures give a good feel for the place. Everything was clean and pretty well maintained. As other reviewers have mentioned, the loft area (which contains one of the bathrooms and a bed) has a very low ceiling. Anyone taller than 5'6" will have to duck to avoid banging their head on the support beam. The property is tricky to find if you arrive at night, because there is no signage on the road. We went to the location specified by the GPS, and then had to get out and walk up to each building looking for the right one (this unit is in building G). The parking spots in the lot next to the building are assigned, so be sure to park in the right spot for this unit...

The view from the balcony was very nice, looking out over the golf course to the ocean. The kitchen is a good size, and well-equipped should you choose to cook. The TV is a good size for watching netflix or whatever, but there were only a couple of TV channels available. The unit has wi-fi internet service, which was a bit slow, but serviceable.

Waikoloa village is a small town, but there were enough services available to make for a good base on the Kona coast. The town center has a good market, a few decent restaurants, a coffee shop, and gas station. It was super windy during our stay, but we didn't mind too much since it helped keep the temps down a bit.

I'm taking one star off because the property had some dodgy neighbors, perhaps due to the bar & grill across the street. On two of the nights, we had our sleep interrupted by drunken idiots in the early hours of the morning. The first incident consisted of some guy parked on the street, honking his horn for a solid 10 minutes. In the second incident, another drunken idiot was tearing up and down the street at full speed, skidding all over the place, crashing into the curbs (luckily not into the parked cars on the street). I can't blame these incidents on the property owner, but be warned this is a possibility.

That being said, we would probably stay here again if we returned to Waikoloa. It was an enjoyable stay overall.
