PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The beautiful holiday house with 4 apartments for 4-7 persons is located directly on the sea on a deep bay in the tranquil holiday village "Stara Novalja" on the island of Pag. Only a short narrow path separates the clean sea from the garden of the house. Very close to the house is the main beach of the village "Planjka" which is awarded with the Blue Flag and offers a 300 m long, beautiful and very well equipped, flat in the sea sloping sandy beach. There are also many more small bay with sandy beach in the village. Right next door there is a restaurant that runs all day long.

The house offers in the 1st and 2nd floor of the house 2 apartments each with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 apartments each with 3 separate bedrooms sea views, satellite TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. On the ground floor there is the apartment of the friendly landlord who are available for questions and suggestions in English. In the cozy garden of the house, which is located on the sea side, flourish typical Mediterranean plants plus all sorts of beautiful flowers. There is an outdoor grill that can be used by all guests of the house.

On the street side of the house are 6 sun-protected parking spaces for cars. For guests who bring a boat, there are free boat berths with buoy directly on the property available. The washing machine of the landlord may be used if necessary. Pets are allowed on request and for a fee.Directly there is a small sandy beach. Here, even smaller children can swim well.

In the village there is a bus stop. Nearby there is a supermarket, restaurant, a diving center is about 2.5 km away. The area is lined with beautiful beaches and clean sea water, where everyone can find their own quiet spot. The area also offers great hiking and cycling opportunities. The party beach ZRCE, with its beach discotheques open all the time, is only 6 km away.

Apartments Vrtlici are placed in Stara Novalja on island Pag in Croatia.  Apartments Vrtlici are inviting you to spend  an  unforgettable

holiday in  Stara Novalja the most beautiful place on island Pag.  Apartments Vrtlici have four new, full  equipped, modern apartments. 

Two big apartments have 3 rooms  with double bed, kitchen, dining,  living room,  bathroom and big terrace with beautiful view on sea.

They also have air condition, TV, SAT and wlan internet.  Next two smaller apartments have 2 rooms with double bed.  

All apartments have  same equipment. 

Apartments Vrtlici are situated only 20 m far from sand beach, that is right in front of the house.  In garden there is  a fireplace free

to use for all house guests.  There is also green covered car parking behind the house that have access directly from main road  and

4 boat berths  on sea for guests with boats.  Close by, there are many good restaurants,  diving centers,  beautiful beaches.

Famous beach Zrce ''Croatian Ibiza'' is only 5 minutes far from house if you go there with car.
