Our three-story villa is located on the picturesque and popular peninsula of Kaş and was completely renovated in 2017.
Our house consists of three separate apartments with separate entrances. The upper apartment is a duplex apartment with a very large living space, two bedrooms (one on the maisonette platform), a spacious bathroom and a kitchen with an open living-dining area. From all balconies you have an unforgettable view of the wide Mediterranean and the mountains.
Due to the location on the peninsula, you can enjoy the peace and nature, but it takes about 6 minutes by car to the center of the beautiful village of Kas.
Below the villa and nearby there are many bathing platforms that can be reached quickly and easily both on foot and by vehicle. Kaş is known for one of the cleanest parts of the sea in Europe and is very popular with those seeking relaxation as well as with sports lovers (diving, paragliding, hiking, sailing, etc.).
The large garden and pool are shared with the other two parties if there are tenants in the house at the same time.
Since we really like the apartment, the large, beautiful garden and pool, we live here with our son in summer. If you have any questions, we are always available in Kaş and are happy to help.
There is a shuttle bus service in Kas that travels through the peninsula every ½ hour. The journey time to the town center is only a few minutes.
Arrival and departure: Arrival and departure is possible via several airlines and can often be obtained very cheaply if you book in good time. Airfares of 90 EUR per flight are not uncommon (Condor, TuiFly, Air Berlin, Turkish Airline). Cheap flights from all airlines can also be booked via Lastminute. You can fly to Dalaman (approx. 130 km 2 hours) or Antalya (approx. 190 km 3 hours). There are several options available for arrival and departure to the respective Turkish airport. 1. Arrival by taxi (price negotiable from 110 - 160 EUR). Second Arrival via pick-up service that we would organize. From Dalaman or Antalya about 100 EUR - 130 EUR one way. Third Renting a rental car that can also be used for excursions on site.
Excursions and visits: There are various offers in Kas for organized excursions. Various excursions by boat (visiting a sunken city, crossing to the Greek island of Meis, and much more). Excursions to Patara (birthplace of Nickolaus), Saklikent (a huge rock formation with a river), Myra (beautiful rock tombs and a theater), Pamukale (with its limestone terraces) and much more are available. There is also the possibility to hike on one of the most beautiful and longest marked hiking trails in the world (520 km), the Lycian hiking trail. The best time of year for this is in spring or autumn. If you are interested in self-organized excursions, there are many options. Z. B. a bathing day on Patara beach. One of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Turkey (15 km long). Accessible with small coaches or with a rented car. The journey time is 45 minutes, but it's worth it.
