The spacious living area has been furnished with a cozy black leather suite and a white glass table. Perfect match the showcases cabinets and the sideboard, which provide ample storage space. For entertainment there is a large flat screen TV and a CD radio.

Furthermore, there is a hallway with cloakroom, a guest toilet and a storage room with washer and dryer on the ground floor. The entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating. 

Upstairs are the three bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed in comfort height, a large wardrobe, two bedside tables and a flat screen TV.

Two single beds also in comfort height, a dessert, a wardrobe and a flat screen TV are available in the second bedroom. The third bedroom has a tandem bed, dresser and flat screen TV. By a few simple steps, the tandem bed can be converted into a double bed. 

So this great house offers space for up to six people. For the little ones is a cot ready. 

The modern bathroom boasts a floor shower, towel warmer, underfloor heating and, of course, a sink and toilet.

For the younger guests there is of course a cot and a high chair. 

The outdoor area would be equally well equipped. So there is a 20 sqm large terrace in the garden with a seating area with 6 chairs in basket optics. An outside storage room with socket and faucet complete the offer.
