The authentic farmhouse (325 sqm living space) offers a unique atmosphere. The historical building structure is very well preserved with many details. A highlight is the old kitchen, which is still completely tiled with original tiles and has an old fireplace with a cooking machine. The former economic section was redesigned as a spacious living and recreation room while preserving the historical anchor beam construction.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds (180 cm and 140 cm), on the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds each. Two additional mattresses offer additional sleeping options.
Underfloor heating and open fireplaces invite you to relax and unwind, even in winter. The living room is equipped with a stereo and satellite television, and there is also a television in the master bedroom. WiFi is available. The house has a spacious modern bathroom made of natural stone (Belgian granite) with shower and bathtub on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is another bathroom with shower and toilet and a third guest toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob and dishwasher etc. There is also a washing machine and dryer.
There is a professional foosball machine and a trim bike in the large living room. A table tennis table in the attic can also be used.
Garden:
The 5,000 square meter property offers several terraces and an enchanted garden with old linden and oak trees, spacious lawns and a pond. The terraces are paved with natural stone and equipped with garden furniture and sandpit.
Surroundings:
The farmhouse is embedded in a diverse cultural landscape with individual farmsteads. The traditional bakery Naber with a small Edeka market is only 200 m away. The Vechte flows in the immediate vicinity and invites you to go hiking, cycling along the "Vechtetalroute" and paddling with the two canoes available at the house. The internationally known sculpture route "kunstwegen" leads along the river, on which works by z. B. Olafur Eliasson or Fischli & Weiß can be discovered.
Especially for children, the nearby Arends farm with old pet breeds and petting zoo completes the country experience. Rides are z. B. possible at the Delke horse farm in Uelsen. The neighboring Dutch towns of Gramsbergen and Covoerden are also worth a visit.
The Grafschaft Bentheim region on the Dutch-German border is a particularly bike-friendly region with 1200 km of cycle paths. In addition to the art trail project, it is known for the international nature park Bourtanger Moor - the largest contiguous bog area in Central Europe.
