It is enhanced by beautiful tropical gardens which incorporate a sundeck, private infinity pool all overlooking the picturesque bay in front of Pinel with its white sandy dream beach which stretches away in short distance. The newly built property comprises a spacious open living & kitchen area with vaulted ceiling, the three bedrooms and en-suite baths, the spacious verandah, pool and sun deck plus your own private parking at the villa entrance.

The villa features 4 air-conditioned King sized bedrooms with 4 en-suite designer bathrooms with a natural stone shower. Two bedrooms open to the deck and allow a fantastic view of the Caribbean sea. The third bedroom is located to the rear of the villa and has access to a private and intimate garden patio. Bedroom N°4 is a studio suite situated on the lower level of the villa , separate unit with own entrance and terrace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and are bedded with a new King sized bed from Bali/Indonesia.

The large al fresco dining terrace is set just in front of the living room. The terrace overlooks the pool and the sea with the view of Pinel island.

The immaculate designer Gourmet kitchen (pictures will follow) reveals a discriminating taste for functional beauty and cutting-edge style. Amenities include a Ceramic glass hob, an oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator, a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the necessary utensils and amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that the cook needs in order to prepare delicious meals including ample (storage) space. In addition, carefully selected fine quality dinnerware, tableware and crockery from France are handy in the kitchen.
