O Estúdio piso térreo é em um edifício de 1700 e foi renovado no ano passado. É grande, tranqüila, e se abre para um jardim isolado volta compartilhada com um par de estúdios de arte.
In the heart of a chic and history laden district, this courtyard apartment offered everything we needed to be comfortable. We appreciated the good lighting, hot water, quiet, nice neighbors, great shopping and proximity to all St. Germain has to offer. The metro is close by, the entry instructions were clear, the owners responded to a few questions immediately...we wouldn't hesitate to return to this apartment although we have rented others. An excellent value, we are very satisfied renters!
We recently had 3 wonderful nights in Paris and the apartment in St Germain was perfectly situated. It is close to the St Sulphuce Metro and buses also and many cafes and restaurants are nearby. The apartment was easy to access the owner sent detailed instructions to access the keypad and how to get there. It is a charming little apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay and great that it is on ground level with no stairs to climb! There's a fully equiped kitchen and a washing machine and dryer for laundry. There were some grocery items in the pantry to use. Everything you need! The apartment is one bedroom but there is also a foldout double sofa if you had additional people sharing. The shower was good with great hot water and good water pressure.Also good wifi coverage. So we would recommend the property and would stay again. We didn't meet our landlady but spoke to her by phone and email communication and she was very helpful and nice. It was quiet at night and very safe and secure in a wonderful neighbourhood. We could hear the upstairs neighbours at night with the wooden floors but it didn't bother us too much.
We stayed four nights here, and were very pleased. The apartment is beautiful, just as pictured. It was very conveniently located, making it easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The owners provided a complete list of recommended restaurants, markets and specialty shops. Altogether a very pleasant visit. I would love to go back!
When we arrived at 5:00 pm the apartment had not been cleaned, which he owner was not aware of until we called. She said it would be ready in an hour. We came back in an hour and a half and it still was not ready. Finally we got in at 6:45 pm.
There were 3 of us and the space functioned fairly well. The bedroom only had a chest of 4 drawers, but we worked with it.
The pull out couch bed was much more comfortable than the bed in the bedroom.
It is on a courtyard so very quiet, which we look for in Paris. In a great neighborhood... many restaurants and shops near by.
Over all the place was fine, but I would suggest checking with owners before you arrive to o make sure it is ready. Also it works best for 2 people.
The location was very convenient and accessible to several metro stations. It had everything we needed- modern amenities in a charming building on a picturesque street.
This apartment had everything we needed and stayed cool on some very hot days. It is centrally located and in a lovely building. I spoke to Francois on the phone and she was very nice. Lots of little extras - instant coffee, basket of toiletries, voltage converters, etc. Perfect for myself, my husband and our 9 yr old daughter.
