We really loved it here! The condo was the perfect size for our family of four! It was very clean and had everything we needed to cook with our meals with. We had an issue with the canopy being beyond use and the owner made it right immediately, she went above and beyond to make sure it was replaced right away! Wonderful costumer service!!!!! The view from the room was amazing from the balcony! We couldn't ask for a better condo to vacation in south padre! We would definitely rent again, it was a pleasure all around!!! I was concerned after reading some of the older reviews, but let me just say we have a FANTASTIC TIME!!! The condo is very clean and well kept!! Unlike many other condos advertised this condo has everything you could possibly need and want for your stay! There were PLENTY of dishes and pots and pans, there were bath towels and beach towels, as well as beach chairs, toys, and supplies (That was a HUGE plus). We really felt at home!! It was perfect to be able to leave the patio doors open during our entire stay to hear the waves roll in. The rooms are spacious, although I will warn you the TV's in the bedrooms are very small, but who wants to want TV anyway when you are staying on the beach!
The beach is a 1 minute walk from the condo to the shore. We were there during a very busy weekend and had no problem finding a spot on the beach every day. Unlike other areas of the beach where people were sandwiched in together, our stretch of the beach was perfect (not too many, not too few).
The building that the condo is in does not have an elevator, so unloading all of your luggage and supplies up and down three flights of stairs is not the best situation but we were not bothered by it. Once you got inside the condo it is like you are in your own little world! The pool is not a huge resort style pool, but it is clean, a decent size, and was never over crowded.
The management was very easy to book with and were very friendly and quick to respond.
I know that there are a lot of places to stay, and maybe this building does not have all of the updated conveniences, but this condo was a great deal for the price and we had a wonderful stay. I absolutely would stay here again.
The only thing that I really wish the building owners and condo owners would do is get recycling bins. The condos are on the beach....recycling should be a must and I think it would have been nice to see that both in the condo and near the building dumpsters.
I was very happy with my stay and very satisfy. My family enjoyed the weekend and the price for a fourth of July was a very decent deal. I would definitely come back again....
I know it is difficult(near impossible) for most people to pull off a month of vaca, but in my month long stay at the condo I never grew tired of the great view from the balcony. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach, just bring your bathing suit and leave everything else behind.

The Wave, nosso ônibus de transporte gratuito local, passa em frente ao condomínio a cada hora, ninguém deve precisar de transporte para ou a partir de Schlitterbahn Water Park e / ou Port Isabel. Vários restaurantes e bares também estão a uma curta distância do condomínio.
