This beautiful home is located on Lake Sinissippi in southern Wisconsin. You'll enjoy modern updates such as an open floor plan, skylights, a Trex deck overlooking extensive yard and 75 feet of shoreline, soaring ceilings, and 2 walls of windows exposing panoramic southern and western views of the lake. The 3 bedrooms are tastefully appointed with quality bedding, new mattresses, and ceiling fans. The finished walkout lower level includes 4 bunk beds, a sitting area with a TV, a washer/dryer, and a bar with full-size refrigerator/freezer.

Please note: The cleaning fee is not listed in the initial quote. Cleaning fees depend on the number of beds used. 1 Bedroom = $110, All beds including bunks = $175. The cleaning fee will be quoted separately and is an additional charge to the rent. We provide the following:
1) Professionally clean the home between guests.
2) Extra disinfecting/antibacterial solution and paper towels.
4) Paper products, including TP, paper towel, and facial tissues.
5) Remote entry access for check-in and check-out.

Lake Sinissippi is a 2900 acre lake with several islands. It offers the excitement of water sports or quietly exploring the lake in our canoe or paddle boards, or fishing. Guests also have the option of renting our pontoon and/or jet ski. On land, there are plenty of activities such as hiking, biking, star gazing, bonfires, fireworks, and exquisite sunsets. Enjoy basketball, tennis and playground at Lion's Park in Hustisford, about a mile away. Witness an explosion of fall foliage surrounding the lake or relax on a crisp evening under the gazebo located near the shoreline.

Pontoon Boat: 2012 Sylvan 20' pontoon boat with 40 hp Mercury motor available. Many people have asked about renting a pontoon, so we decided to help out! Rental rate is $895 per week plus a $500 security deposit for the pontoon boat. You will not be disappointed! All life jackets included. There is nothing better than a nice sunset cruise on the lake!


You have access to our private pier! Our pontoon boat is on a lift with an L shaped dock and along 75 feet of the shoreline. Shallower depth of 3-4 feet near our pier.

Sinissippi Lake Pub is right around the corner offering a great menu and drinks if you prefer not to cook. Beautiful deck for dining al fresco. Unbelievable sunsets.
