Casa privada foi completamente remodelado com uma cozinha gourmet com bancadas de granito e armários de cerejeira. Decorados com bom gosto com alta qualidade roupa de cama e roupa de cama. Uma casa muito ensolarado com vista para as Flatirons. quintal enorme, com terraço privado e quintal cercado para crianças ou animais de estimação. Excelente localização para explorar Boulder ou a assistir a aulas em CU & Naropa. Duas bicicletas de cidade vêm com a propriedade!
We loved the location of this clean and very comfortable home. Mountain view out the front windows and a roomy deck in a private and spacious backyard. Great for BBQ and eating outside. Close to the college, Pearl Street and bike trails. We really enjoyed or time in Boulder.
We stayed at Sara's house for a week at the beginning of June. It was perfect. The location was exactly what I was looking for, just 7 blocks from Pearl Street Mall, with a Whole Foods (or Ideal Foods as the sign says outside the market) right around the corner. Centrally located to everything we did.
The cottage was setup with everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. We never spoke to Sara as the house had all of the information listed in the book.
We would definitely stay here again on our next Boulder trip.
My family and I stayed in this house for our 10 day visit to Boulder. The house has everything you need and a big backyard. It is in a great location with shops just a few minutes walk away and close to Pearl st mall. Sara was very helpful with any questions I had. We stayed with 2 young kids and there was everything we needed for them too. Would recommend this house to anyone visiting Boulder.
What a perfect vacation getaway for us and our dogs! The yard was great for the dogs and being able to walk to everything we needed was just a bonus. Really great location in such a beautiful city!
We just loved this house and yard. It was wonderful to come home in
the evening after a day's hiking in Rocky Mt National Park and grill
and sit on the deck! The house was clean and neat! The kitchen is
upgraded and I love the new sink and faucet and granite counters!
The bed in master bedroom was so comfortable and the pillows were just right!
On the hot days and we had some that were 95-99F we used the Swamp
Cooler in the evenings and the house cooled quickly!
We were visiting our son who is a grad student at CU-Boulder. We
walked each day along the Boulder Creek Parkway and then stopped for
coffee at one of the many coffee shops and enjoyed their outdoor patio.
We enjoyed the Ideal Market 2 blocks away and lunch at Breadworks!
Dinner at Bramble and Hare was delicious..also took a Market to Table
local restaurant tour. The Boulder Farmer's Market is terrific and we
planned our meals after buying local produce and meats.
I can't wait to visit Boulder again and stay at my favorite house!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this fantastic home - it is in a perfect location, nicely equiped, and has everything you could want for a week-long stay. My husband, young son and I stayed for a week in August. We loved the proximity to Ideal Market, Vics, Pearl Street and the North Boulder Park. We walked everywhere and rarely had to use a car. The layout is very nice and was just the right size for our small family. We will definitely opt to stay here again on our next trip to Boulder!
