The kitchen is fully equipped: stove (2 flames), refrigerator, dishes and table for 4 persons. The living room has closet, dresser, TV and double bed. At guests' disposal are: terrace with table and chairs and balcony.
On grounds of the property there is children's playground and barbecue.
The property is fenced and monitored.
